Whatever pharmacist is working today June 12, 2024 is not to be trusted. Who knows what else she gets wrong (maybe your meds), but she just denied the covid vax saying you had to be 65+. That is not correct according to the CDC website, nor all the other walgreens in town. We'll take our business elsewhere, thanks.

I just want to thank the black dude working in the store who made me feel like a criminal today!! I’ve been going to that store for years and had no idea until today when I happened to have my backpack on that I couldn’t be in there with it. Here’s the thing if that’s your rule that’s what it is and I can accept that…BUT HOW I WAS APPROACHED AND THE DELIVERY WAS ABSOLUTE TRASH AND I FELT LIKE I WAS BEING RACIALLY PROFILED.. PERIOD…so no I’ll never go back there again ..TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE BETTER WALGREENS!!

My five star rating is reserved for Renee at the make up counter. I have been coming to this Walgreens for years and Renee always and exceedingly demonstrates the most outstanding customer service. She is professional, helpful, very friendly, and very genuine. Walgreens is very lucky to have her!

Horrible customer service! The Manager tried saying they do not have a way of manually typing in credit card numbers if their card reader is not reading the barcode. He just needs to be educated on policy and shown how to do it apparently unless he was just being lazy! Neither of the other two Walgreens I shop at card reader likes my card either but they never have a problem manually typing in my number and then I do my password and everybody is good. This particular Walgreens would benefit from properly trained managers with better customer service. They were very rude also not pleasant one bit….

I went through the drive thru on Friday 5:45 to pick up covid self testing kits. From the ease of ordering and pick up it all was excellent. The young lady at the drive through and the pharmacist made the process so easy. The pharmacist took time to explain the test and didnt make me feel d***** I'm not sure their names but I can't thank them enough!!

Didn't bother to call me and let me know i needed to have my birth control prescription fixed :)) showed up and they didn't even have a supply ready for me to BUY, I normally wouldn't care so much but this affects my body as well as my literal state of mind

There are some very nice and helpful people working in the pharmacy. However, Walgreens has gradually reduced the hours that the pharmacy is open and now they are completely closed on weekends. It is time to switch to another pharmacy. Also, the parking lot is terrible. You take your life into your hands getting in and out onto Sabino Canyon, not to mention how fast people drive in the lot and how crazily designed it is with cars going this and that way.

What is going on here? First they closed the pharmacy on Sunday and now it is closed on Saturdays also. They text you for every little thing but could not text me to notify me that the place would be locked up and that I could not get my prescription. The staff has always been very helpful except for one male pharmacist who spends his time flirting with customers every time I have seen him.

The pharmacy is understaffed. We had an appointment for a Covid vaccine at 4:20p. Waited in line for 20 min...told they were out of vaccines and it would be 30 min. 30 min went by and were finally handed "paperwork" Told it would be another 20 min. Finally at 5:30p we were seen and vaccinated. You're better off going to CVS where their process is much more streamlined. I was in and out in 10 min both times at CVS.
