I have waited for 2.5 months for insulin scringes. They kept giving them to someone else even though I was completely out. They would not even call another store so I could go there to get them. To top it off my Doctor faxed them on Jan. 2nd three prescriptions that I needed asap today is the 10th and they do not have them filled yet even though I have been in to check every day and was told today I will have to come back tomorrow.Time for a new pharmacy.Have you ever noticed that on products that are buy one get one for half price they will only have one available so you don't get one at a discount.

I love you Daniella! ? You're customer service exceeded anyone I've dealt with at Walgreens in awhile! You were so very helpful in getting me the meds that I needed before the weekend (Trelegy)! You made phones calls for me, looked things up for me which included finding a store that had Trelegy on hand, you transferred me to that store and more! I am usually the one picking up prescriptions for my family and these people are never on point. There is always an excuse as to why things aren’t done. You can call in a prescription at 9am to be filled and be told later at 3 that they just started working on it because they didn’t get it. The script was sent in a day before AND called in by the patient first thing in the morning. People lack work ethic these days. It’s ugly. Some people need their medications to live. But you want me to take an excuse as to why they can NEVER take initiative and get things done. Oh, it would be different if it was only one time. This has been like this for the last 4 years. Recommend a different location.

The Phramacy is incredible and they actually take the time to assist you in all your needs. Their customer service is exceptional and they were lifesavers for my son's medication. I will be using them from now on! Thank you again, we truly appreciate you!

Consistent prescription service. Have been using for years. No fax however though GPS sent me here for that. Drop off FedEx packages only.

Thank you to which ever store associate picked up the hundreds of dollars I dropped and kept it for themselves. As you watched us like hawks in the store with your racial profiling, so I know you saw the money when it fell out of my pocket. I hope you needed it more than I did and I hope you get all you deserve for taking it and keeping it. Cause when we came back to ask about it you didn’t even offer to check the cameras for it.

I scheduled an appointment for a flu shot. I arrived 10 minutes early. The first person passed me on to another person who then passed me on to a third person. They asked me the standard questions. They made me complete the intake form even though I had already filled it out online. When I returned the form it sat on the counter for ten minutes until I brought it to their attention. And then they continued ignoring the form. After waiting 40 minutes I had to leave. Why set an appointment if it's not going to be honored in a timely manner? My sense is that they don't have enough help and they're so overworked they don't bother being courteous. I was very disappointed that I couldn't get my flu shot that day and I waited in vain.

This was the first time I had been in a drug store where the shampoo and conditioners were locked up on the shelves (even the bottles for $4.99). It was hard to find someone to open it up for me.There must be a large theft issue however there was soooo much other stuff that wasn’t locked up that it seemed ridiculous..

I had major knee surgery last week and went in for a refill for my medication. Not only did they refuse to give it to me, they treated me like I was a drug dealer. My doctor was upset that "pharmacies think they can practice medicine" so I went to CVS down the street and they quickly gave me my medicine for half of what they charge at Walgreens. Problem solved simply going to CVS! They won't last long acting like this; pharmacists shouldn't act like they are doctors; customer service is what this walgreens pharmacy should focus on.

I use the pharmacy and it's the slowest pharmacy I've ever dealt with. It's so bad I'm going to change my insurance so I don't have to use Walgreens anymore.

They are very understaffed at this location leading to low stock, no assistance, etc and so forth .. Just needs more employees there and would be a better experience
