This is the worst pharmacy ever!! The people who work there are rude and they never answer their phones. I've been continuously put on hold for over 18 minutes. Finally gave up..

This place should be a zero. On Monday April 8, 2024, the pharmacy placed me on hold for 30 minutes then they hung up on me. I called again on April 11, 2024 and was on hold for 15 minutes. Someone in the Pharmacy kept picking up the line and placing it on hold again. I hung up and called back. Again on hold for more than 10 minutes before someone picked up. Finally a woman picked up (mostly likely a PT), I explained to her how long I was on the phone for. The audacity of this woman to tell me to be patient when I was on hold for almost another 30 minutes. Then she puts me on hold again. I drove down to the Walgreens still on hold to speak with a store manager. Guess what happened...nothing. No store manager or Lead Pharmacist to speak with. The PT again hung up on me. This store is very unprofessional and they hire unprofessionals. This is absolutely unacceptable to be placed on hold for 30 + minutes.

This store has excellent customer service and the workers are always helpful and kind. Not to mention the girl with red hair and the girl with either black/ or long brown hair are gorgeous. I prefer to always shop at this walgreens as it has such a positive atmosphere when I walk in.

My daughter is in pain ..They told her three times the medication would be ready in twenty minutes…still no med..called to check status and was hung up on 4 times…Rude and careless…changing Walgreens location….

The Pharmacy there is horrible, puts you on hold for 15 minutes then they pick up the call and puts you back on hold! This is why i will stick to Walmart, my prescription was sent to them by accident and its been a few days and i can’t even get through these people.

Go with a different pharmacy!! They have messed up on my prescriptions several times. This last time I paid for the prescription and delivery. It was debited from my account. Someone called and said could not be delivered due to insufficient funds. Even though it was clearly debited from my account. The time before that I paid for same day delivery fee, and they shipped it FedEx which is one to two days and free, so I was out a delivery fee and went two days without my heart medication.

I went to Walgreens this morning to pick up my prescription. There were six cars in line. Nobody at the window came back home, called to see if they can deliver my prescription. They said yes called at noon. My prescription and has still not been delivered. They told me that they use DoorDash and the hours for DoorDash are between nine and four. I told them that that would’ve been good to know when I called because of the fact that I needed to take my prescription in the morning I would’ve went back to pick it up and that would be something that they need to add to their calls when people are calling about delivery, the young man that I talk to said that he would tell his manager all of the sudden a girl came on the phone and told me and yelled at me that if I wanted my prescription I can come and pick it up myself and she hung up on me. Well I only live five minutes from Walgreens, so I got into my car and I drove over there demanded to talk to her and all of a sudden nobody knew who she Was Nobody knew who I talk to. They would not give me any names. I felt that this young lady does not know how to do customer service and she does not belong in the pharmacy area with all the elderly people asking information you do not address people that way I was a manager for 20 years myself and if I would’ve had an employee like that, they would’ve been fired on the spot. This young lady does not know how to talk to the elderly I’m sure she would never have treated her grandparents this way, so I feel that she needs to be reprimanded sent back to class for customer service. Pathetic excuse for a pharmacy. Didn't transfer my perscription and didnt call or do anything to get me the meds I needed. If you need your meds, you may want to try a real pharmacy.

The pharmacy is a mess. I called before going to pick up my prescriptions yesterday to verify they were ready because online it said "insurance issue" because I have a new insurance. The guy says yes they're ready, takes my insurance info and then I verify once more that they are ready before I drive over there. Once I get there after getting through the line the guy says my insurance doesn't work and I need to go call them. Fine, it's new insurance so I do. The insurance lady is able to get into Walgreens system and sees they entered the information wrong, deposited the guy going over my card on the phone and in person. So now I go in and no the prescriptions aren't ready and won't be for awhile despite what I was told. So I go home which is a 10-15 minute drive, log into Walgreens and they're ready. Like are you kidding me?

As an out-of-state visitor who had to go to emergency room the night before, I was stressed out and had to find a drug store first thing in the morning. We found this Walgreens and presented my prescription to the pharmacist, who proceeded to explain everything to me and made absolutely sure that I was all taken care of. He knew we were visitors and needed to go on our way, and he filled my prescription SO quickly! He was friendly, personable, and efficient, and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this level of service! Before I left, I received perfect instruction on using my medication. Totally perfect experience!
