I don't stop in this Walgreens often. I did request a FedEx package to be held here. On 5/6 it was supposed to be delivered. I stopped by after work to pick it up and the older white woman with the grey hair and glasses told me my package wasn't there but she didn't look. The next 5/7 I called FedEx and they said they dropped the package off the previous morning. So my package was there when I went to pick it up, she just didn't care to look for it. FedEx say they have an on going problem with this.. So I wouldn't suggest having your packages dropped off at this location.

Paul, pharmacy operations manager has a suspected “unprofessional relationship” w/“Jackie” (female w glasses, dark hair and tattoos). I’ve waited for 5 days for antibiotics ordered from the ER. I never received a call. I call the physician to make sure it’s there, he confirmed it is. When my wife and I go to pickup “Jackie” says they’re not ready (after 4 days mind you) and we needed to pull forward after she had an attitude. Mind you my wife received a call that her prescriptions were ready for pickup the day before! They were also not ready. So When we complained, the store manager was great, very nice and professional. He referred us to loser Paul who obviously has a major crush on Jackie and refused to do anything about her attitude other than advise there’s a Walgreens “w/in a mile of any direction”. Thanks to loser Paul and Rude Jackie, we won’t be using Walgreens. And I love the fact that they’re closing all over town because they never have prescriptions ready in a timely manner and apparently their managers are losers w/crushes on coworkers and no leadership skills whatsoever. Good luck to Walgreens as I will be referring everyone from my social groups to CVS from here on. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY IF YOU HAVE TIME-SENSITIVE MEDICATIONS YOU NEED FOR SERIOUS MEDICAL ISSUES. You’ve been warned.

Amazing!! JENNY is a gift; she is so sweet and willing to go the extra mile for her patients. She wasn't irritated or frustrated at all. I needed my prescription filled urgently, as mine was sitting ready to go at a location that was closed today. Here it is Sunday morning 9am, and she made me her priority. Thank you Jenny, I'm blessed to have had you be the one to assist me today!! By far the best Walgreens experience I've ever had, and I've been using Walgreens for 40 years.

Moved to this pharmacy when the one on Craycroft closed. I sent a refill request in over a week ago with it offering same day delivery so I signed up. After four days of my meds being “in process” I tried to call and was put on hold for 30 mins before I hung up. I called again the next day and same thing. Their negligence has caused me to go without essential medication for days and I have yet to actually speak to a pharmacy staff member other than them telling me to “please hold” and then never picking the phone back up. I’ll be moving pharmacies immediately. Don’t waste your time or health on this pharmacy!

Came inside to ask if they price matched online and was looked at crazily and told no, so I proceeded to buy some soda anyways. Lady at the register didnt greet me or say thank you and held a conversation with coworker the entire time. No bye nothing. just mumbled the price to me rudely. wont be coming back to this location.

I miss the days when a 24-hour store was open for 24-hours. I honestly don't know how this location stays open, anytime I visit at least four of Tucson's finest are stuffing their bags. It's only a matter of time.

Walgreen's has become a drugstore chain of over-priced items. The stores lacking both service or variety. With the exception of a few outlets, the hours of operation have been reduced to less than what one would find convenient.

I was told that I could cash a check at this store. The cashier told me i could cash the check if I made a purchase . I did but he told me I couldn't give me the change that was over $300 and got the manager who turned out to be an over confident, egotistical, self confident, rude and hateful person. She told me the only way to get that money was to make enough purchases to cover the check.
She refunded the purchase and told me that I could still the check. She lied. The check is now un-cashable because the store stamped the check. When I returned, she told me that there was no way she was going to give me my money.
DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE, THE MANAGER WILL GO OUT OF HER WAY TO SCREW YOU OVER!!

I went into this godforsaken store on Christmas Eve. I had just gotten the final cheek from my dad's estate after his death. I went to the Walgreens website and asked if they and this particular store cash checks. The website said yes on both accounts. The cashier said that if I made a purchase, he could cash the check. So I was going to buy $27 worth of products. The check you be cashed was for over $345. The cashier said he needed to get the manager after he rang up the $27 worth of product. I asked him what was wrong, he replied "nothing the check cleared. But the register would mot allow him to hive me the change. It got really gun from there when the most inept ( or headlining a scamming operation) got there and told me that the only thing that could be done was to purchase another $300+ worth of merchandise. LIE #1 When I told her that i wanted the change, she told me " there is no way you are going to get your money ". She said and did Void the transaction. HOWEVER, the check had stamped front and back for $27. She reassured me that with the voided receipt, I could cash the check elsewhere . LIE # 2 To make a long story short. After i was informed that the check was un-cashable, and i was not only out my $300+, I didn't even get the $27. I went into the store pissed and she treated me line I gad no right to be mad at her. I stormed out of f the store. The general manager of that store replied to my complaint saying she was sorry for the incident, but they do mot cash third party checks. I responded by informing her that they should take down from the Walgreens website that they do, and tell her employees that they don't cash checks. I told her i wanted my check cashed and that manager fired because it was 100% your stores fault. After that district informed me that they had my complaint and would get a hod if me within 2 business days. It has now been 3 business days and in spite if the fact that i have emailed and tried to No avail, I went to chat and the agent said she couldn't help me and I needed to get a hold of the very people who are not responding to my requests after they promised me they would. ANOTHER LIE FROM THE DISTRICT LEVEL. This is looking a lot like a company based scam they are pulling on their customers from a corporate level. DO NOT GO TO WALGREENS AT ANY COST BECAUSE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

Scheduled a flu shot, was told itd be at least 30 minutes with no one waiting. Not the gentleman's fault, he was nice, but dont allow appointments later in the day if you cant provide the proper staffing to adhere to those appointments.
