I was told that he can't he can't open the store because there's no cashier but obviously you're the manager. You can start ringing people up like this is ridiculous. People have emergencies, and there's a whole line outside multiple people have left, very unprofessional that's about it. If you can't make it to work on time this is not the job for you. Walgreens in a whole has gotten so bad. I just remembered why I don't come here anymore. Poor customer service.

Photo machine has been down for a week, all coupons used during that time they are not honoring and they are telling customers tough luck. Very poor customer service.

Pharmacist was able to help with a non-prescription anti-histamine that worked great.

I use to get my prescriptions at the location on Houghton/broadway and that one was great but has unfortunately closed down. So they transferred my prescription to this location and it's the worse and I will be moving my prescription somewhere else at this point. First time I picked up the guy had no personality and seemed like I was intruppting his day. Over this weekend I tried to get my meds and their was a sign saying prescriptions can not be sold, that's it nothing else... granted it's covid19 currently so understandable most places close on weekends right now... called at noon today and was told my prescription would be ready for pick up in 2 hours and after 6 hours it was ready, so I went to pick it up and the place is locked down and closed and now has a sign saying the next location nearest that is open?? And now when you call the phone tells you they are currently closed?? Umm I was just told open till 9 and at least 5 others showed up to get their prescriptions as well so I wasn't the only one told they were open or got a text saying the prescription was ready.... this is frustrating for I had to drive across town twice to get my meds and still don't have them and now it's been 4 days since I have needed a refill!!! I get everything is tough right now but this is now how we treat customers at all!!!

I like this Walgreens. It's always my first choice. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have confidence in the pharmacists. This is where I go for prescriptions and vaccinations. The store is aways clean and well organized.

This is a decent Walgreens. It's not exactly the most well organized or clean, but that's to be expected, since I very rarely go to a location that doesn't have some cluttered or empty shelves in Tucson. Still, they usually have what I need, and I usually have a choice, which is not always the case when visiting drug stores. The customer service is OK. I'd like to see the management pay more attention to the lines at the front during rush hour. Maybe they need to develop a new notification system. There is often only one person manning the desk, which depending on the number and the types of customers there are, could make staying in the line a chore.

Really nice customer service compared to some of the other Walgreens in town. Pharmacy is very efficient as well. 4 stars not for any specific reason just not exactly top notch

Always very helpful and friendly, convenient for some grocery items so I don't have to go all the way to the grocery store.
