It is more work than it is worth to get my prescription. I have to call 3 days before to "activate" my prescription. Then on my refill day be on hold be on hold and be hung up on. And when I do get a hold of someone they are rude and inform me the script that has been on file for a week is on backorder with no relief date. This corporation has failures at every possible point.

My medications always get filled in a fast manner, however I am often waiting at the store for a while for someone to come to the pharmacy window. I’ve stood there for upwards of 7 minutes with people seeing me and passing by.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Every single month my children medications are on back order, so I have to get different strengths or different brands so my children can have their medication. Every month, they always change my primary and secondary insurance (to get the best deal) and I now have to pay retail price because either insurance will cover their medications anymore because they keep changing primary insurance. I ask when the medications will be restocked as you get dates and every single month they tell me it just says 9999. They are rude and ignorant when I ask questions. For example well it’s not our problem you have two insurances or well we can’t help you. You need to go else where.

I order photos from here frequently. Their prices and coupons are great and the quality of the photos is very good. If an order gets messed up, they fix it for free. They also have an argencia water station outside and that's really the best water.

This is for the pharmacy specifically. Did you know that pharmacists and techs working conditions are literally super horrible? That's why I'm FREQUENTLY amazed that the pharmacist and a couple of the techs have gone above and beyond for me. I'm not sure if any of them will read this, but thank you for what you do!

's relatively typical Walgreens, Although the checkout process is frequently rather slow. The personnel is kind but not particularly swift. It's a great place to find affordable bottled water and soda.

Zero stars. This Walgreens (basically all of them in town at this point) is trash. They have no sense of urgency nor do they have any customer service skills. Done doing business with them.

Staff struggles with math when orders are auto filled incorrectly and not to what the prescriber requested and also what insurance covers. Multiple months in a row of corrections needed. Location has been short staffed for quite a while now too, which makes it difficult for everyone involved, including the staff.

Complain to your medication insurance company. Given there are so many bad reviews going back so, so many months I will be submit formal grievance to my insurance carrier and employer benefits department. I suggest others do the same.

Have been in line for 10+ minutes and no one has been helped but 4 have been helped at drive thru. Don't take appointments for shots if you don't have people to help.

Horrible rude staff. Unprofessional curt demeanor. Particularly at drive thru window. Extremely long wait to be helped, and more often than not, don't even have have medication in stock.
