While the store is nice and is almost always well stocked, the homeless hanging outside and in the parking lot make it feel unsafe to park your car and walk inside. I tried to go yesterday and saw a few homeless people looking like they were using the bathroom in the parking lot :(

The pharmacy is so hard to work with. It takes them to long to fill prescriptions.

This walgreens is bad all around. Employees treat people actually shopping like criminals and are very rude. I get they probably have to deal with a lot of drug addicts and stuff in the area but dang what a sad store.

I wanted to buy a hair product but everything is under lock and key. If I want to read the product labels, a clerk has to stand there and watch me? No. You lost a sale. I won’t visit this store again.

Pharmacy is the worst. Thought the one on Valencia and 12th was bad, but this one takes the cake. The incompetence is over the top. I did not ask to take money out of my bank for a prescription I did not want, but pharmacy lady did anyways. I am done with all Walgreens.

I cannot remember ever being so openly racially profiled recently that it kind of caught me off guard. The store looks amazing and is very well kept, but I noticed when i entered the attitude of the cashier Joann changed. She went from the friendly conversation she was having with a customer, to staring at me as I entered the isles & fumbled with assisting the customer she was just chatting with. I remembered I had left a rewards bonus coupon in my car, and as I walked back to the door I noticed not only was the cashier Joann following me, but a manager named Casey/Kelsey, and another gentleman the cashier had notified about me. To return and hear staff being asked, "are you okay? he didn't do anything did he?", that was irritating because Joann still proceeded to following me from the front of the isles, and the Manager pretended to constantly have to walk passed the isles from the back of the store that I am currently on, and was not shy about it. Then when I do go to checkout, Joann isn't even there, I literally waited like 5 or 10 mins while she acted liked she had been doing something. By the time she actually made it to the register that friendly socially interactive cashier was a rude attitude having brat. Almost didn't give me the option to collect my membership rewards, tried to cram $30 in snacks and supplies into one single bag. God forgive me for asking her not to put it all in one bag, and when I did I was greeted with the sarcastic reply of, "Oh, so you want me to put it all in one bag like this!" Now you may be alright with treating people like this and supporting staff that does, but it's wrong and someone needs to address it. Joann then precedes to re-bag my items but she just dropping them on the counter instead of handing them to me while I'm trying to grab them from her. As before, when I comment on the fact that I can see the attitude change and the lack of customer service she is showing I am meet with more attitude and snippy comments about "if I don't like it I can leave." I had her call the manager over, and to my surprise it's the same employee that was constantly following me and wasn't shy about it. Your manager was informed of my complaint, but her reply was, "that's fine! make your review..." This is how I am able to say, your workers racial profiled me from the moment I walked in without having any reason to and that is not okay...

Pharmacy is a joke. I have been going round and round with them on a refill for over a week now. Every time I call to check status it something else. First it was an insurance issue but I called my insurance, there was never an issue. Now they say I am out of refills. My doctor has sent over the script twice already and walgreens can't seem to find it. Employees lack customer service skills. They don't notes to charts cause every time I call, they can't see what the other person told me the day before. I will be taking my business else where.

I usually don't write reviews but this visit really upset me. I walk into the store. Everywhere I went there was an associate right behind me. One even took a picture of me I think. Now I've never stolen from a store. I DO NOT have a record of any kind. I had no intentions of stealing but the associates were so laser focused on me that a black dude and then separate a Mexican dude were cleaning them out stuffing anything and everything into there backpack or bag. I even saw them doing it! But they both got away. Because everyone was so focused on me. I dunno how Walgreens is training there employees but I guess one of the lessons is judge whoever walks into the store. Obviously they got it wrong this time and they lost a lot of product because of it. If I can I will never visit this store again.

The pharmacy “tech” Jessica is an absolute joke. Rude, disrespectful, and not knowledgeable. She has no professionalism when it comes to attending to patients. She doesn’t like what you have to say and walks away saying “I’m not going to stand here and listen to you” and goes behind the medication shelf’s. Talks to people as if they don’t know what they’re saying when in reality it’s her not knowing the answers to the questions that are being asked to her. “Techs” with no manners shouldn’t be allowed to have patient interaction. Worst pharmacy technician I have come across in my 12 years of being an RN.

I needed a COVID test for travel and made an appointment at this dump of a pharmacy, only to show up and find the pharmacy shuttered. The lady at the front told me the pharmacy was closed today and tomorrow because they don't have a pharmacist. Huh? Not only is it ridiculous to have a pharmacy with no pharmacist, it's very unprofessional to take appointments from customers and then not notify them not to come. That's a great way to drive your customers over to CVS instead, like you did to me.

Pharmacy worker (female at 5pm on May 19th) was SSSOOO SUPER rude, kept cutting me off, arguing that my script couldn't be filled, wouldn't listen to what I was saying... Only for me to be right and my script to be getting filled.Hire qualified individuals who are actually there to help your customers. I'm having this script pulled by CVS and they're going to full it

Came to get my daughter the COVID shot, we waited 20 min after our appointment, then had to wait 15 more as expected after, however they had us waiting 20 more minutes for them to give us the card to go. Told the pharmacist we were waiting 40 minutes in all and she didn’t seem to care that it was happening.
