If I could give them 0 stars I would. The slowest, rudest group of people who believe that we are all there for them and not the other way around. I have never seen anything like that and I hope they get to experience their own service one day while sick and bagging for their medications.

These pieces of shits really had me wait on the phone for 25 minutes and then had it ring through to be hung up on. Especially when you need medicine and need to find out if they have it or not. This is complete bullshit how you say you give great customer service but go on and reject calls? Make it make sense

Worst pharmacy ever. I waited 4 hours for my prescription to be filled and called every hour to check with the automatic voicemail to see if it was ready. I tried calling the store to talk to a live agent and I was on hold for 43 minutes until they picked up and hung up right away. I called corporate to see if they could tell me when my prescription would be ready and they tried reaching the store with no avail as well. Went there, there was no line, and turns out it had been done for a bit and no one notified me. Horrendous customer service.

Simply put, the personnel is unpleasant. It happened more than once over the course of about a year. My husband and I use other pharmacies to fill our medicines and pay for them.

The young man the works customer service at the drive through and front counter in the pharmacy is amazing. He is extremely polite, has a sense of urgency and is willing to go above and beyond. The pharmacy techs were super helpful as well. Thank you, it is refreshing to get such awesome service!

The employees are rude and thoughtless. Never have the items I want OR other people want. Can't the manger order the things people buy. 30 bottles of diet root beer yet never any regular normal root beer available for example. The homeless people steal all the carts, they won't give you a basket OR a bag to put the things you're buying in. Why is it the law abiding costumer are punished. Why aren't they hiring security? Why aren't they sending someone out to find all the carts that are being taken?

Worst Walgreens in the City! The only thing the employee here can do is torturing their customers. On 23 Jun 2023 8:00 pm, I went here for a delivery shop and pay order. The cashier was rude, she refused to let me use the paper bag instead of the plastic bag. Then there was a problem with their machine with my Apple Pay, turned out they charged me with the wrong card. I asked her for the refund and repay, but that rude lady refused to do it. She yelled at me and said “you are the person choose the wrong card”. Never see this kind of rude and primitive person in Walgreens ever. People should stay away from this store and let those rude employees loose their jobs.

It took Walgreens pharmacy staff over 2 hours to let me know that they could not do a COVID test for me through my insurance. No one ever told me how much it was without insurance. Told me to go to CVC Minute clinic. Went in for my appointment was told to come back in 30 minutes-went back told me to come back again. Went back after an hour that is what I was told. I quess it was for the best my previous test there swab was already in tube-which I have never seen swab comes in sterile wrapper.

A lady manager that is hard of hearing. I want to say thank you so much for helping me. She is very helpful and helped me solve my issue. I appreciated that. Employees and customers lucky to have her at Walgreens shop.

The pharmacy is understaffed but the employees who are there really want to help and are friendly, which is surprising given the circumstances they work under. Peggy in particular is awesome.

Unprofessional Staff. The pharmacy continued to put me on hold for 2 hours. They would come back on the line just to put me back on hold, never speaking to me. They did this at least 5 times.
