Pharmacy is ridiculously understaffed- lines are incredibly long. Pick up /drop off cant take this long ??? It's obnoxious. Hey - you monster corporation- why can't you staff an extra tech to allow for better customer service? Drive thru /Pick-up line not a priority .

Service here is very slow. Specially the pharmacy. I have to come three times to try and pick up my prescription. And to think they will notify you, that your prescription is not ready, so you don't have to waste your time...they actually did not do that. I'm not too happy with their pharmacy and looking into moving all of my family member's into a different pharmacy.

I am giving this Walgreens one star because of their employee, Irma. I went to this Walgreens to look for a lipstick that I thought it was on sale. During my visit I noticed that their beauty section had a sale, "buy one get one 50% off." I looked and made sure I picked two items that were part of this deal. When it was my time to pay, I noticed that the deal was not applied and brought it to Irma's attention in a polite way. That's when she began to be passive-aggressive w/me. I offered to take a pic of their advertisement and bring it back, but she didn't reply. She went to to check and returned stating that I had to buy items from the same brand to apply. I then showed her that online it says mix and match, and she replied that's only online but offered me 25% off. I declined the offer and mentioned that I would buy them online and pick up at the store. She rolled her eyes and asked someone else to void the transaction. I had the lipstick and gum left. I thought the item I picked was on sale so she went to check. When she returned she said, "you got the wrong item this color is not on sale" I replied "oh okay I won't take it then" and she gave me a nasty look and said are u going to take the gum? I said yes, paid and left. Few mins later I remembered that I needed something else and walked back in. This time I heard Irma and Sandy at the cash register talking about me. Sandy said, "all of that for gum and laughed" to that Irma replied, " did you see what I did when I walked away?" She then proceeded to demonstrate that she hit me behind my back... while Sandy was helping a customer. Then I said, great customer service Irma and she replied "you are welcome."

I can't for the life of me understand why this cashier named Irma is so Incredibly rude and short with me! Now I understand everyone is entitled to have a bad day so I've always tried to just be more peppy with her to lighten the situation. This has happened at least 5 times now considering I live close by and choose to shop at this Walgreens. Never again willI shop at this store, it's just ridiculous at this point. I'll drive an extra mile to not have to deal with some who is rude and clearly doesn't want to be at her place of employment.

Customer prescriptions out of stock and backordered for weeks. Try to find another Walgreens to fill the prescription and spend over an hour on hold waiting for someone at another location to pick up the phone.

This review is to remind myself not to go here again. An older woman with grey hair named Irma was the cashier. I had the misfortune of running into her during her shift. She was extremely mean and rude. Seems like she hates her job and hates her life in general. The only reason I came here is because it's the closest convenience store. I think the work environment is just very negative bc I could hear the employees all complaining to each other the entire time I was there. It's totally worth the extra 3 minutes to drive to Fry's to avoid Irma (or any other grumpy employees) in the future.

Understaffed, long waits to pick up prescriptions, and when their website tells you your meds are ready, it doesn't necessarily mean they're really ready. You only find that out after waiting in line.

I'd like to begin by saying that I've never written a poor review on Yelp, so here it goes as I feel it's only fair to help this store's pharmacy. I recently changed from CVS to this Walgreen's due to location to my home. I will be changing back to CVS. This pharmacy and their services are terrible, to the point of risking their customers health and wellness. An official from Walgreens needs to look into their pharmacy operations and provide some guidance and training.

Excellent staff and pharmacy. Really nice and helpful. But your new card reader is a joke. I have a debit/credit card with tap and pay option. Your old tap and pay system I didn’t have to enter my pin. Now I do? What’s the point? I might as well use the chip reader option if I have to enter my pin. You see my point. It worthless and annoying. Please fix this. So far your the only tap machine I have to enter my pin as well. Hopefully someone cares enough to read this.

Pharmacy has false hours posted here. The pharmacy closes early and changes their hours, seemingly at random with no explanation. Drove there and wasted gas only to find out they randomly decided to close earlier than normal.

This is the worst pharmacy! Both the older male and older female pharmacist appear to hate their jobs. The line for vaccines is the same line for prescription. Customers are standing for an hour in line while the pharmacy staff move at a snail’s pace. I even overheard the older male pharmacist yelling at a man getting a vaccine to relax his arm. How can that customer relax when you yell at him not once but twice! Unprofessional and uncaring pharmacists at this location. Go elsewhere!

We have used this pharmacy for years. The staff works very hard under very trying conditions during these COVID times. We are glad they are there and appreciate the efforts they make for the community.
