CAN'T get my vaccine there anymore.No longer any walkins.told to try 1-800 walgreens. NO PEOPLE. HUNG UP ON.I WILL be switching OUT OF WALGREENS Oct. 15!

Walgreens, N. Caterra Rd., Tucson, AZ. I have chronic pain and am on significant pain meds. I came up 15 pills short & they counted their stock & every pill was accounted for (or they say they were). So if you get any meds that you really need make sure that you make the pharmacist count them in front of you, apparently someone there reaaly likes them

The Walgreens at Silverbell and Cortaro is awesome. The pharmacist, Armando, really helped me locate the medications that I needed. Thank you to him and his staff! Great job!

I had a prescription called in here and went to pick it up, only to find out they are closed on Sundays. I called another location to request it be transferred, but since this location was closed my prescription could not be found in any Walgreens system. Called this morning to get it transferred and sat on hold for 20+ min and then they hung up on me. I had to call back and continue to wait on hold until someone finally picked up. They were clearly stressed, which I can empathize with, but we're very short with me and not helpful and cut me off at every word. It's rare to have any positive experience with Walgreens these days.

Rude employees who tell you they don’t care when you have questions and they never answer the phone. They also always try to change one of my medications because of not wanting to order the appropriate one and don’t run things through insurance first.

They are deceptive, causing me to go without meds my last three times I went saying my meds aren't covered by my insurance, instead of the truth which is they no longer accept my insurance, I'm thinking of seeking legal advise due to allowing my condition to worsen.

Worst customer service from old lady with short blonde hair! Had me disputing a legitimate coupon in line for 30 minutes. Embarrassed me in front of entire line explaining situation to manager. I was only offered rewards cash and no explanation of why the manufacturer coupons wouldn't work. Had me in tears for how rude she was. Never again and keep your rewards rude unprofessional lady!
