Pharmacist's take an extra 20 minutes on top of their lunch. They close early and open late. Pharmacist's also tend to be very negative and don't seem to have any organization and get confused easily.

We’ve had such great experiences with Kevin for years. Always friendly. Today he fixed a major technical problem in the system, on the fly, and saved the day. He deserves a promotion!

They let no maskers walk around the store with no masks on at this location. He came in got his meds, ranted to the pharmacy tech about why he's not wearing a mask (apparently he's gotten COVID twice.. wonder how?) and walked out. Pharmacy staff carried on as if everything was okay.

This is by far the best Walgreens pharmacy in town. Mostly because of the Pharmacist Cole and others. They are all great, knowledgeable and helpful. They are busy sometimes but that’s probably because of the previously mentioned characteristics. I almost didn’t want to post so it wouldn’t bring in more people but they need to be recognized.

My friend works hear..she tells me that she has seen a doctor and has gotten told she has Acute Bronchitis. Because she is about 2 months new hired. Walgreens will NOT allow her to miss her 2 weeks her doctors told her to stay home. So she is going back to work and getting a write up. The head boss told her he is giving her a "break" and that he could have had her call the unemployment number and call to apply for disability. This Acute Bronchitis is so critical in her health and might turn into pneumonia! He boss just over talks her she said. And tells her she hasn't improved her working skills since she got hired here. It's the most downfall to hear about a corporation that does NOT encourage their workers in their lives or help motivate them in their health. I feel so badly for her because of COVId-19 is in act and she had Bill's to pay. I would call and report a concern about her head boss...but that would jeopardize her courier and she needs this job really badly. Please help anyone if anyone has any suggestions. You see she use to be also a customer hear but now is an employee and has told me Walgreens treats their employees horrible compared to when she was a regular shopper. Any advice will help.

The pharmacy staff at Walgreens on Orange Grove and La Cholla respect me, know what is going on with my medications, advocate for me and smile a lot, ? -all while it is busy. No easy task,

Had some Rx's from Maryland transferred to Walgreens...and I expected the worst. However from the moment I walked in the store, I was greeted with a smile. I walked back to the Pharmacy, and was greeted by several more staff....and they were smiling! Then at the Pharmacy counter....my order was handled with NO screw ups! I have used Walgreens in the past, and have been frustrated with the seemingly endless miscommunications between Doctors offices and pharmacy......however this time...PERFECT. I will use mail order for most of my Rx's...but it was nice to have the first Walgreens I used....just be no drama.
