100% by far the best place to take your vehicle to for repairs. I worked with Tim and he was the absolute best. Every morning I had an update and he exceeded my expectations. Truck was fully detailed upon return and looked great. I took my vehicle there because my family has known the owner Pat for decades, and everyone who I spoke to did an outstanding job. I give a thousand stars! I worked with Tim and he is my hero! Hitting a deer is definitely not a fun situation, this was really stressful. Tim made sure I stayed sane during this whole process and they got my car done earlier than initially expected. I love this car and I am beyond happy with the results. They did an absolutely excellent job, highly recommend. This is the best vehicle repair situation I’ve ever had, please tell Tim how much I appreciate him!

I really felt like I’m home. They treated me like family members. Tim was really nice and friendly and professional. The other guy who drove my car into the repair was also super nice. The service was seamless, they fixed my car in less than half an hour. This is unbelievable in the U.S.

Von’s CarStar took very good care of my car and me when I needed a repair to my bumper after a small accident, The entire staff was helpful and efficient, taking care of everything, arranging a loaner car, talking to the insurance people and having the car ready when they said they would. The car looks beautiful!

My experience with Vons Carstar was great. Joe was very helpful when I brought my truck in, and he kept me informed about twice a week about the progress of the repairs. I would stop by and he would show me what was being done. The work that was done on my truck was excellent. It looks brand new! I could not have asked for a better experience with the repairs. I would recommend Von’s Carstar to anyone needing bodywork done on a vehicle!!!
