If I could I would give 0stars broke both my tail lights and then threw a fit when I said that they needed to be replaced they told me insurance would not cover it I told them it wasn't broken when it came in so insurance would not cover it that they would have to cover it and didn't even do the work correctly I had to leave the car there four different times so it could be done correctly

It Been Over A Month Senses The Car Was Drop Of At This Body Shop, We Understand That To Order The Parts Takes Time But After That We Been Told That The Car Will Be Ready This Day, And When The Day Came We Been Told Excuses It Been A Week From Supposedly Day And Yet Another Error From The Workers Here Saying That They Order A Wrong Part And Have To Wait Not Sure How Much Longer For It To Be Ready Will Not Recommend They Do Not Care For There Customers!Service: Body & Trim

Not A Good Place To Take Your Car As They Don't Care For Customer Services, It Been A Week Senses We Been Told The Car Will Be Ready And Nothing Yet That Was Monday 10/11 And Today Is Friday 10/15 !! We Been Told Today That They Order A Wrong Part And Thats A Pretty Huge Error From There Side Senses That Part Been In There Shop For A While Now And Just Notice That Today. My Car Been There Over A Month Now Not Sure How Much Longer It Will Take To Be Ready It Pretty Annoying To Be In This Situation I Would Suggest For Anyone Thinking Of This Place Not To, Look For A Better Place That Would Care.

My vehicle did not function properly after a major fix. Had i known that VIP does such faulty horrible work I would have taken it to the dealership.

Don't let the location or overall look of this place fool you! They do great work! Staff was very helpful and very nice! I was routed here per an at fault insurance company and very surprised with the entire experience.

The front desk people are not very helpful. I called in for a verbal estimate and was answered with a long uhhh to paint your car will be very expensive I can't give you a estimate it will just be expensive just bring it in. Hello I won't be bringing my car in and would never send any friends or family members there either beware of this place

Not very impressed. They don't answer the phone all the time during the work day. Can not get a straight answer as to when my car will be ready. Overall very unprofessional.

Love love this place. Great customer service and quick turnaround. I was in town and instead of renting a car my friend loaned me her car. Unfortunately I got in a wreck and didn't know what to do. Another friend of mine from AZ recommended this body shop so I went. It was a small shop so I didn't think they can fix the car quickly but I was wrong....thank you VIP Auto team!
