Had an amazing experience at this establishment. I came in to get my necklace fixed expecting to leave it for a few days before receiving it back fixed. Instead, they helped me right away and fixed it on the spot. I briefly spoke with the owners of the store and they are honest, professional, and most of all very kind people. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing to get their jewelry repaired or looking to buy new jewelry or art.

I found out about Viir Fine Jewelry after my sweet husband surprised me with a very unique gorgeous ring for our 40th Anniversary and also for our 45th, a super artistic ring. My curiosity got the best of me and I had to go to Viir myself. My first impression was WOW! The store was amazing. The jewelry is so one-of-a-kind and beautiful. Then I met Jeff and Brenda and immediately felt like family. I have since taken some jewelry in for repair and couldn't be more pleased. Their attention to detail is unmatched! We have found our Forever-Jewelers!!! Thank You!

Both Jeff and Brenda were very helpful & responsive when working with my jewelry repairs. At times, they didn't always keep to promised timeframes, but the quality of the workmanship made up for it. I was very pleased with an adjustment, made a year later, to a piece of jewelry that I wasn't entirely happy with. It was corrected in a timely manner. They seem to be more focused on keeping to a regular schedule. I would recommend Viir Jewelry to anyone looking for quality jewelry & art.

I literally drove all over Tucson to try and find a place who would repair a broken post on an old set of Pearl earrings set in Sterling Silver. After four shops turned me down, Viir took the job, did amazing work, and were really great throughout the process. I'll definitely be a customer again in the future!

I love going to Viir because the shop itself is a wonderful gallery of art pieces, and fine and estate jewelry. The best part is the owners themselves: warm, friendly, and fun to work with. They go out of their way to make certain that everything is perfect and that I am leaving a happy customer--which is always.

Jeff and Brenda were able to 'see' my vision to create a diamond ring from the ground up. I recycled jewelry and purchased a stunning 2.12ct old european cut diamond to be set with 8 others in a 14k yg engraved setting. They're passionate about their work, determined to please and exceeded my expectations, literally!! 5 stars is not enough, Viir Jewelry is a Tucson gem!
