Spent about 3000$ dollars fixing my car for this job just for them to deny me for aesthetic reasons of my vehicle having a dent, which doesn’t impact functionality whatsoever.I came in and they denied me just to keep sending me texts asking me to sign up every other day after they already denied meThis company is not trust worthy and employees are easily dispensableThe last 10 reviews are all 1 star reviews; you do the math

You people suck and I mean that, this is the 4th time u people have screwed my daughter out of her appts....I called Saturday and scheduled for Monday pickup, got text it was confirmed....well holy batcrap guess what 1 40 rolls around and you people r no where to be found, I call and your staff is like a bunch of women who need a stiff one up the behind!!!!!! UNACCEPTABLE AND A DISGRACE TO US WHO NEED YOUR SERVICES!!!!! You need reported to every agency there is....GET NEW STAFF AND REPLACE SOME OF THE RUDE PRICKY DRIVERS U HAVE!!!! And don't tell me to file a complaint because I have numerous times only 2 supposedly got resolved, said they would re train driver ha what a joke!!!!

They jump my ride I have st u through medtrans and than when it comes time to pick my special needsSon back up they don't they leave him stranded I think veyo is getting kickbacks from Mercy Care I'm a Terminally ill Veteran and when my son is left stranded after I had other ride setup thats very unacceptable a d could be facing a lawsuit very soon

My driver today was extremely racist and ranted about immigrants and them being criminals and wanting them out of this country and other extremely offensive opinions. Being Mexican from a migrant family I was so uncomfortable I kept my cool because I was afraid but wow I am literally scared to ever ride with you guys again. I'm still upset and kind of in shock about the whole situation.

As a driver they will not pay if the app is bugging support is never here when need help and the pay is sucks.

Veyo needs to train all the employees that schedule rides, on what HIPAA is. Also, veyo employees, need to stop claiming they are quote " Mercy Care". YOU ARE NOT MERCY CARE!!! You are contracted with Mercy Care, and so are 100's of other companies. Your employees are violating HIPAA by calling medical facilities and/or pharmacies and telling them they are mercy care, to obtain personal information about the caller;to determine if the ride is "warranted." YOU ARE NOT MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS!!! YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO GIVE PEOPLE A HARD TIME ABOUT SETTING UP A RIDE! You're only hurting yourself and the company. How... You might ask?? If veyo employees, keep cancelling appointments or keep messing up pick up/drop off times.. your going to lose drivers and clients who need rides... Which means... There won't be a need for YOU!! If no one is calling to set up rides, then veyo has no need for anyone to schedule the rides. So if you want a job that lasts... Do your job the right way, the first time. I've had to reschedule medical appointments time after time. Then, after finally getting medical transportation to the an office, hospital, or other locations the transportation to my apartment doesn't show up. I have more confidence in the city bus shuttle. Unfortunately because of medical drugs, I cannot get the bus, only to get this worthless peace of *** that my "Banners Health Plan has control over. I switched to United Healthcare for this very reason and yet Banner still owns my rights.

Please stop picking me up 1 hour early. I love the drivers and I hate to waste their time. I also don't like having to spend twenty minutes of my morning calling veyo. It shouldn't take give phone calls and twenty five minutes just for one ride. Also this company has made me late to several appointments, I've had to cancel some of them because of this. One of them was a mammogram because I found a lump. Not a good experience. I've tried calling my insurance and filling a grievance but nothing happened. I really wish I had a phone number for veyo to call and speak to a supervisor.

Horrible service. They give the hardest time just to make an appointment , you have to give 3 days and most places don't make you wait when you are sick. This place is going to give me a mental break down. I've literally cried at least ten times because of these people. Recently they have been sending drivers an hour early. I filed a formal complaint and they just apologized but nothing has changed so that was useless. ?The only thing good about this company is the drivers Most of them are very nice people that I have gotten to know over the years.

Got a text that said the car was on its way, and that very same minute another text that said, "your driver was unable to find you and canceled the trip." Cannot contact anyone by phone. I tried several numbers. Missed my appointment.

Horrible service, my entire family has missed multiple appointments AND RIDES HOME FROM SURGERY.Abusive and dismissive staff.Drivers not safe. We recorded one on his phone while driving; he was so distracted he didn't even notice. Our complaints were ignored by Veyo. ABSOLUTELY CRIMINAL

I love most of the drivers that come to pick Me up!! There are some really good drivers and really friendly and helpful people thank you again Veyo drivers. I know nothing is perfect but the app and the call center could use some improvement that's why I only gave it 4 stars
