Excellent service. I came in shortly before close (yes that guy) with a dead phone. Edward earned this 5 star review with his patience and excellent customer service. If the rest of the team provides even half of this level of service this will be my go to Verizon store.

Ordered a phone to be picked up here over 2 weeks ago and still have no phone due to some weird internal inventory listing problem. I keep texting my sales person John who has completely ignored all texts to this point. Will never be using this location again and may terminate my account with Verizon.

We came in with many questions about newly purchased smart phones and tablet. Levi was direct and clearly answered questions with a strong voice that one of us, very hard of hearing could understand. We are thankful for such competence!

Had a great experience with Levi helping us add 2 new tablets for our kids, he took the time to make sure we were on the best possible plan and we ended up walking out with a reduced plan cost and 2 new tablets. Levi was amazing and a joy to work with.

Poor communication about what is needed to return items- the original packaging. No posting of this nor was I ever told this until I wanted to return a phone case and another case for a tablet. Luckily I had the packaging for the tablet, accidentally. The other packaging had been tossed by the original salesperson, without asking me. I was never told I would need that to return any item.

We got screwedWas paying $300 a month. They told us they could save us money, we lost all our perks, Disney+, Apple Music, cloud and are paying $700 a month. Monstrous work getting it back to a reasonable residential plan. DO NOT LET THEM LIE TO YOU AND SUCKER YOU INTO A BUSINESS ACCOUNT.THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
