Dominic R. helped my partner and I get a new phone and two new phone lines. He was incredibly nice and helpful despite our complicated situation, and he helped us through all of the calls and setup required to complete the change! Highly recommend this store and Dominic very especially! He was so nice we were almost sad to leave!

They sold me a defective phone at this location. They helped me do the warranty claim since it was within the 30 days of buying it and told me I could come in and they could do the transfer for me when I got the new phone. I come back once I receive the new phone but they tell me it’s a $45 dollar charge to help me do the transfer! What have these Verizon retail stores turned into? What do they even do if they can’t help you with a simple transfer after you bought a defective $1000 cell phone from them ?

3 employees 2 customers beside myself no one is calling store or even coming in but i waited 45 min. Never got what i needed . So i went to the other store on oracle and wetmore and was waited on right away with a smile ...this store is terrible and far from efficent and covertly just a tad rude.

Went in for SIM issue. They said it was an issue with my "hard" SIM, and they would replace with eSIM. Two days later, the phone totally failed. After a visit to another Verizon store (where they then had to replace the SIM back to a "hard one,") then to Apple, the phone is not working at all. When I tried to buy a new one at Apple, they couldn't even activate it because of SIM issues. This has been a disaster, and if they hadn't just switched to an eSIM, and had instead just kept the "hard" SIM, this wouldn't have happened. The person at the store also was supposed to cancel the old SIM, and they didn't do that either. This has been a waste of at least 10 hours, and hundreds of dollars.

I had a 4pm appt today. I arrived early and was helped immediately by Kimmy. She was extremely helpful, knew immediately what was wrong with my phone. It was fixed promptly. She was patient with my questions and answered them. She deserves a raise.Pat Murray

I have had quite the experience(s) with lack of customer service and having my needs taken care of. Actually, I’ve been bullied and feel taken advantage of by employees at a cooperate location,at that. My phone was on the last of it days and so I stopped at this location with doubt of it going well. To my surprise I was welcomed and felt appreciated as a customer. Bri and Kimmy treated me with respect, while taking care of my cellular needs. Absolutely went above and beyond for me in every way. They even took care of an issue cooperate location couldn’t. I am truly amazed and now at peace. I highly recommend this location!! Trust me. I’ve been through the ringer with Verizon, different employees and locations as a costumer of 10+ years. If you ladies see this, truly, thank you!
