I was told by a Verizon representative to show up with my ID and pick up my new phone. This place acted like I was an alien and refused to help me get squared away. I had ID, SS# for account holders, military records for military discount, etc. None of that mattered because " I need an app to activate my account" and I can't activate the account without a phone. I went to a corporate location and a retail location. Both places refused to help me activate my phone plan. I am now 6 days without a phone and I am now forced to return to my previous provider. I'm glad this happened now because if I were to lose my phone in the future... I would not be able to access my own account...

Amazing customer service in this store! Always helpful and everyone I've worked with in this store has gone above and beyond to help with any problems or questions I have! Russell Cellular is the only company I'll go to for my Verizon needs!

I wish I could give this store negative stars. My phone was also stolen by an employee when I attempted a trade in. I waited to leave a review because I was hoping they would do the right thing and fix it but sadly that never happened. Do not trade in your phone at this store, they will steal it and you will never get your credits. I’m sure they probably scam customers in other ways too.

Phone number listed takes you on endless “spam” message. Every Russell Cellular Verizon is the same. Please list actual store phone number to get in contact with a store rep. Very frustrating to not be able to reach anyone.EDIT 12/26: not only has it been a nightmare getting in contact, but the store hours listed are not correct.

DO NOT go to a russell cellular Verizon store. they are thief's and con artists. I traded in my cell phone and was offered an "upgrade for free". they took my cell phone and now I am told after 6 months they dont have a record of it so I will not be getting credits. I have an email from they stating the person who did the trade in was let go for stealing phones. This company is nothing but scams. They told me since I dont have a recording of the transaction they are unable to assist. Of course I had to initate all conversations and even then it took months and weeks to get responses. Do yourself a favor and go to a real Verizon store or just anywhere else10.31.23 - So you are going to come out and fully lie in your response. I have emails from associates stating the person who did the trade in was a known thief and I am not the only person whose cell phone has disappeared. Just admit your company has a history of ripping customers off, and that its part of your business practice. Verizon should terminate the contract with Russell Cellular over these instances.

Julien is the best employee this store can have. Two hours with incompetent assistance, and he stayed calm, patient, and professional the entire time. Made all the customers laugh and at ease during a difficult time. He kept me from chucking my account and going to T-Moble.

I visited this site on Jan. 21 2023 and Jan. 23rd. When I visited the store on the 21st, I did not think the representative, Darryl, could have offered more exceptionable service. Upon returning with new issues on an old phone, he went even further above and beyond previous expectations. He was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He did not give up until the problem was resolved. This Verizon store is certainly my top choice from now on.

The guy working there was so unbelievably slow and was putting in no effort to get things done in a timely manor. I went to pick up an online order, which was already paid for and ready to go. He brought it out and set it on the counter and then went back to helping someone else for 10 minutes. I asked if I could just take my order since it was already paid for and was sitting there and he told me it needed to be “scanned out of the store” before going back to helping the other person. It would have taken 30 seconds to complete my order, however he went back to helping someone who clearly needed extensive help. I told him I would come back later because it was taking so long and he was unapologetic and told me to come back in 45 minutes, meaning he was intending to help the other woman for that long and would have left me standing there until he was done. Apparently multitasking is not a thing there.

Not too much of a fan of the customer service line. Very rude and tell you stuff to get off the phone, put you on mute and hang up on you. If someone from corporate can reach out to me I’d appreciate it . I’m not sure any way else to get ahold of corporate but I need someone to talk to about my terrible experience I’ve had.
