I was tired of my old phone getting hot all the time, shutting down so I went and got a new phone. Erin was really great. Help me out a lot.

After an update to my phone, I had no cell service (on Christmas Eve, of all days.) Shannon and Joseph were both very helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. They had me back up and running in no time and resolved my issues

I had the worst worst customer rep ever! Not at all helpful to me...however he did get my phone working!
