Daniel provided exceptional service to us when I wanted to upgrade my mom’s phone from an android to an iPhone. Mom is not tech savvy and we needed lots of help in choosing the right phone and transferring everything over. He was very patient and thorough. Thanks Daniel!

I accidentally erased my phone and SIM, Anthony got my phone working and also made sure all my content was restored properly. He was very patient and went above and beyond. Highly recommend this store!!

I drive across town just to come to this location where the staff is always kind and courteous. A few days ago, I ran into a SIM card failure issue. When I arrived, I was greeted by Ryleigh. She was very friendly and was able to get the SIM card replaced within minutes. She also let me know about the current promotions regarding Verizon’s home internet service which I will likely be switching to as soon as it’s available in the 85756 zip code.

I wanted to leave a review about the incredible customer service that I received here. Never have I had such EXCEPTIONAL service at a cell phone store. Anthony went above and beyond to make sure our experience was excellent. We came to start service from another carrier. Anthony helped us find the plan that was best for us. He followed up and made it a smooth process for us. He even came in to personally see that our phones were properly credited to our accounts. He explained everything so well and was so patient with us. Even a month after when we received our first bill, he was still willing to resolve questions. I cannot say enough good about Anthony, he is such an asset to your company. I’d recommend this store and Anthony to all my friends and family.

Excellent service and a great experience. Our salesperson, Anthony, is very knowledgeable and took very good care of us. Going the extra mile to make sure our phones worked perfectly. The transition to Verizon was smooth and quick.
