David helped me transfer my phone, set up my internet, and was very cordial. If it wasn’t for David I would’ve left Verizon.

Sorry, but Verizon stores used to be useful. Now, you're better off just using your app. While friendly, the staff can't really do anything for you, unless you're buying a new phone. Save time. Use the app.

They helped us realize we had gotten bad phones in the mail. Now we have switch them at the store for I phones.
