A month ago, we were here & worked with Cameron. Knew his stuff so we were able to get what we needed plus & some questions answered.Today we went back for billing questions & new phone questions. I believe the kid there was Maximus or something similar was horrible. Could not answer any of our questions. Was trying to replace Mom's hearing aids with some new type of headsets. He was very difficult to understand because he didn't enunciate. Probably because he was making up answers.I thought we had found a great store with little waiting & someone who could answer our questions. I was wrong!

I had an excellent experience Jen is a very nice young lady and she is good at her job. I wish I could have still received the free iPhone 14 I was getting until she realized it was changed to the 13 the day before or two days prior. I really would have liked to receive that deal I thought I was getting.

Zero stars if I could ordered a tablet for my kid tablet came completely inoperable won’t turn on at all called for customer assistance agents unwilling to help and completely useless this is ridiculous as a new customer

Fake reps don’t know how to sell so they lie to your face. Straight up tell people they can’t return things to keep their measly commission. Anytime they get pushed into a corner they send them to the real corporate store in the Tucson Spectrum. Only problem is that anything done at this excuse of a store has to be dealt with there.

yeah, don’t go to the authorized Verizon stores, the people that work there are not very knowledgeable about their business, and when they have to they lie or make stuff up! They told me they had faster speeds if I want it it was $10 which is false they don’t have any faster speed on the gateway. Don’t go to those places go to the one on Broadway on 5855 by across from the park mall those people are pretty smart. ?

I got here tonight 8 mins before close one of the male employees closed and locked the door in my face even and walked to the counter and grabbed something and walked to the back even though I knocked and I got there before 8 PM. Me and my wife’s phone shut off and showed SOS not allowing us to make any calls or receive calls or anything and I couldn’t get help to figure out what was going on because the stores employees wanted to leave early.

Changing my review. I got my monthly bill. The guys like to add protection plans that are not authorized by the customer just to get more of a commission. Ended up calling Verizon and they made the moment right. Save yourself the giant headache and get products through Verizon.com or the Verizon app.
