Being very detailed oriented, and wanting the best experience for us and our guests, we had 3 different meetings with the wedding coordinator Debbie; she is the sweetest and kindest person and the perfect fit for the job. I wanted to be very involved in the planning, and was initially nervous about not having hired a separate wedding planner, and I am glad I didn't. Debbie's services are part of the package, and she was easy to work with and delivered the perfect wedding for us.
The venue offers so much more than other venues:
Beautiful Ceremony setting: backdrop of mountains, well-maintained landscaping
Separate and roomy Bride & Groom Quarters: Groom's outfitted with pool table, lounge chairs, and bar set up.
Bride's Quarters with ample space, and light, and large mirror and other for great pictures
Outdoor bar area that allows for a separate space for cocktail hour and for guests to continue enjoying the outdoors during the event.
I can't say enough about this team: Georgina, John, Chris, Felicia, Debbie and all others behind the scenes that work so hard to deliver a wonderful event
I made use of the Weven website and tools and this made planning and communication with the Reflections team so easy! This team is very responsive, and that is so valuable to us with any planning, they listen to you and your concerns.

“TBG is relaxing, informative, and fun. I enjoy the butterfly pavilion during the season. The events are great for young and old. It is a Tucson treasure. You can't go just once ....☺?; each season has something special that is not to be missed. I am a CA transplant and appreciate the ease of parking, the great little cafe, and it's size.
It is not too big, not too small, just right.❤ Buying tickets in advance depends on whether it is a special talk or function. Daily most often no need for reservation, but do check before you go to a special event.”

“My son had the opportunity to participate in the kids’ camp/musical production this year and last. The amazing things that the team at Arts Express has been able to do with these wonderful groups of kids have been nothing short of astounding! Under the fearless leadership of Director Tiff Jensen, kids of all ages, and ability levels come together during a month long camp that is not only fun and encouraging, but also hones their skills and finishes with a full theatrical production of a junior musical including fabulous costumes, lights, sound, professionally built sets with a wheelchair accessible stage and more. The inclusivity of this program is absolutely heartwarming, and something that every theater camp and group should strive to achieve. I am so grateful for the support and encouragement and growth my son has experienced through being in this program. I would highly recommend Arts Express summer theater camps for any child that enjoys singing, dancing, or being onstage. I look forward to seeing what future seasons hold!”

“I got married in the gazebo in Trail Dust Town and had my reception at the Savoy Opera House.If you want to have your wedding here, book it book it book it!The wedding was a DREAM WEDDING.The Savoy Opera House team was incredible and so flexible and well organized to make everything absolutely perfect. I am sure there were some behind the scenes hiccups but I, as the bride, have no knowledge of anything going wrong.Jerri and Suzanne were the MVPs of everything. Their organization skills are legendary and they think of things you would never think of. The communication has been absolutely perfect and they took something I put on paper and made it reality. They asked me “what do you want, what is your fairytale wedding” and they created that from scratch. It is the most impressive display of skill I have ever seen in my life.The bartenders were so incredible and open to us creating a cocktail menu from scratch, Sam and Brianna, you guys rule!!! It was perfect!The day-of organizer, Amanda, made sure that everything was perfect that day and it truly was.The kitchen/waiting staff was so incredibly nice and the food was something that you’d get at a very fancy restaurant, everybody was so impressed and our guests were shocked at how good wedding food can be.The dancing “ring” is so perfect and our DJ said the venue was very easy to work with.Our photographer was so impressed with the organization that included her as well with details and a tour or the property so that we know on the day-of where to go and we don’t waste time.Our florist was so incredibly happy with the options she had to come in and set things up.Absolutely everybody was so impressed with how easy it was to do the jobs they were hired to do.I never thought that I could be this happy and look so fondly back to a day in my life.The Savoy team has given me and my husband that and we will be forever greatful.So yeah, 10000/10 spot. “The Steinfeld Gallery is located in a repurposed warehouse, which is home to my favorite mural in Tucson, AZ. The Gallery houses several studios of a variety of talented artists using a variety of media and styles. A visit would definitely be worthwhile!”
“This is a hidden gem of downtown. More than just a recreation of the Spanish fort, this museum gives insights into diverse encounters in the Santa Cruz Valley. I especially liked the Native People's Park and the displays describing the lives of the Mexican, Jewish, Asian, Black and Anglo communities in the downtown Presidio neighborhood. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.”

“My baby shower was a dream come true. We had family come from out of town and they all fit in the homes. It was awesome being able to accommodate family at such a beautiful, clean, and well kept place. Outdoor, there were no mosquitoes. Everything was perfect”
“This was a great small venue! Never been here before and came to see Daniel Champagne! They offered a bar area with organic popcorn. Wine was decently priced. Parking is scarce so arrive early or come prepared to walk. Upstairs outdoor margarita deck is nice and on a starry night, cooler weather would be the place to hang out before a show or even after. Daniel champagne was wonderful and the music was properly adjusted to carry the sound without drowning the singer and killing our ears. Staff was great! Lots of great songs added one to give you a taste of the talented, Australian singer and one man band, Daniel Champagne! I'd watch him again! Excellent with guitar, voice and a sweet kind person.”

From the time I made the reservation with Chrystal to the end of our event, she was always available to answer my questions and was able to satisfy our needs for a successful party. “Born and raised in Tucson. In my 54 years this was my first time actually booking a room. Spent plenty of time in the bar and dancing in the 80s and 90s though. Clean rooms awesome staff. Thanks so much. The whole experience was amazing. Will definitely recommend.
Rooms: Clean sheets and a nice shower is all that is required for my friends and I. We only stayed one night and we were all comfortable in our room.
Nearby activities: There is just so much to do and see and eat.
Safety: Nothing to worry about as far as my friends and I experienced. We never felt unsafe.
Walkability: All the fun stuff that happens downtown Tucson is on Congress. Food, music and awesome, interesting people.
Food & drinks: BEST Bloody Marys served by our awesome bartender Trey (I think that was his name). He was very in-tune with his patrons. Rain was the young lady who checked us in and she was amazing also. And thanks Diana, you also rock. Nothing but good things to say. ❤️”

“It's an older theater, but it checks out.
For some time this was East Tucson's only theater. It's showing some age but it still provides a nice experience. Attached to the Food Court in Park Place Mall, it also offers a variety of snacks including ice cream and coffee inside the theater.
Good for families.”
