Best Credit Union and financial institution we have had. We've been customers for 10+ years- rarely have had to go in, but the 2 times we did all was smooth, quick and great service. The online customer service is great. If there an issue, leave a correspondence and they normally get back same day or next; additionally, alot of banking can be done online, which is why we never have the need to go into branch. There telephone customer service is also 9 out of 10 fantastic. So far Vantage has been a great credit union and we definitely recommend to anyone ( note: we are very picky and normally look at reviews. Therefore we are careful to only give credit where it's due. We also update our reviews if neccessary).

I'm curious if the bad reviews are based on one experience or an individual grudge. We've been members for decades and wouldn't switch to any other bank/credit union. They are always accommodating, 90% of business can be conducted via an app and every staff person I've worked with has been amazingly accommodating. It's too bad that folks with little history with the credit union find it useful to leave one-star reviews. Oh well, the power of social media.

They say their drive through is open until 6pm.but they aren't. Lobby closes at 5pm. Very disappointed

This place sucks! Just joined a couple months ago and I can't wait to get out!!! So fed up with shitty service everywhere I go! Placing a hold on every mobile deposit when I'm the only income in my household is financially crippling!

Waited over thirty minutes for a scheduled meeting with an auto loans agent. The agent was not only nowhere to be found, but none of the other agents knew how to help us.I am glad I just came by to sell a car and don’t have an actual account with this credit union. Would never trust them with my money.

The worst customer service ever! I usually go to the one on Camino seco and Broadway which is amazing. The one on craycroft and 29th acted like they didn't even want my business there. And I've been a member for five plus years!

A teller named gazelle or something like that took forever this morning looking up my account. Never before had someone had that much of a problem looking up my account so I could pay bill. Maybe she is new, but I ended up being late for work. It took about half an hour and no one in front of me, and no apology that’s why I’m giving them 1 star for the bad service.

Worst customer service ever. I had my debit Visa card compromised over the weekend (Saturday night). The after hours rep was awesome, however when I went in to get my new card this branch was too busy. I have been to every branch of Vantage West, to include Phoenix, this one is always the least busy. I just needed a new card which takes less than 10 minutes. My card was compromised, I'm active military and they could not do it without appt. Well, the branch on Broadway took care of it. Good for them. This branch has always acted like primadonna's. Hate to do this but because of their insensitive all to common nature I will be switching banks.
