If you don't like working at the post office, please do us all a favor and quit. Our community mail boxes were run over and we now have to go to the post office, over four miles away, to get our mail. I have to take time off work because they open after I'm at work and close before I get off, so I lose pay. Then I get there, spend 25 minutes in line to have a grumpy lady take my ID, slam the metal door in my face, and come back about 10 minutes later to hand my mail to me. There is also no clear signage about where the line is to form. Some with packages were standing in our line and we had to inform them that they could go inside the double doors for service. To the people who were in line with me, you were great and we had a few good laughs.
UPDATE - Now I cannot get my mail at all. They are no longer holding our mail at the post office, but putting it in our newly installed mail boxes BUT, we do not have keys to the mail boxes. So, our mail is there but we cannot access it. Wouldn't it make more sense to hold our mail until the time we can pick up keys and access our mail?! Seriously, it isn't that hard, but then we are talking about a government run operation. Can't make this stuff up.

I live with and care for my elderly mother and within the last year she has had issues with her mail. Rincon is the station for her area. It is only her financial mail ( social security statement, credit card statement, etc.) that has arrived opened or damaged to the point where someone could easily peep inside the envelopes and see compromising information. A complaint was filed earlier this year but we never got a call back only an auto email confirming our complaint. We have lived in Tucson for decades and never had this problem in years past.

Have been many times for issues with mail forwarding. Sadly staff is not train/told about changes for mail forwarding. Waiting to see if I'll have to go fourth time to get mail forwarded.

Don't even deserve the 1 star, but had to put it there to leave review. Called 14 times straight with no answer. Apt # right on box, dud not say if you're too lazy to deliver it leave at the office !!! Apt ofc workers couldn't move it, I couldn't move it. Yet they brought it in with a Dolly. Do they think everyone just happens to have one laying around. Let's see how they feel wen the ofc makes them pick it bk up. Delivered at 10:10am. At noon still no answer. Worst place ever. Last time I had to go there to return a pkg they were ignorant and made ridiculous remarks, had to go to another place. Now they were fantastic. This place makes the government look bad

This is an easy USPS to get in and out of. The employees are helpful and usually friendly. There are a lot of lockers here as well.

I came here to use the self serve kiosk to ship a package, but the machine was out of stickers to print the address on. I tried to talk to someone I thought would work there who could solve it, and alas, they didn’t. Instead, I went to the post office on Rosemont to use the kiosk, and everything was working there. I think Rincon Post Office needs to update their kiosk with shipping stickers every hour if they want better service.

The manager lady here with the blond hair just makes things up and it's law....and she's usually wrong. You can offer to show her the actual USPS regs and she will tell you it doesn't matter. She won't ship this or that...you have to use more expensive services ....you are outside size/weight/content restrictions.....The other employees seem to fear her. They just huddle down and look embarrassed while she stands there staring at you like she's postmaster general. I don't know why I waste my time going to this location, because half the time I end up going over to Rosemont anyway where they provide me the service I needed without issue. I usually just smile and nod, but I've seen her escalate a situation to a shouting match on more than one occasion. Why the heck are people shouting in a post office? Someone up that chain of command needs to do something at that site.

This place is absolute trash. They have no idea of the rules and make them up as they go. I spent twenty years as a postal employee as well as supervisor and postmaster, and this place is horrible. Train your employees on the rules or get rid of them. Absolutely terrible experience here. If you can't add addresses without requiring help, that's an issue. If you can't figure out how to ship to military addresses, that's an issue. If you dont know the rules to ship batteries, that's an issue. If you can't do the simple things you are just wasting people's time. An hour here wasted because they couldnt do their jobs only for them to send me away.
