I had a very disappointing experience at this USPS location. The agent who helped me was unkind and dismissive. I came in just to drop off a box with a pre printed label. The person in office noticed that my package needed just an pice of tape and he decided to put a label holder and put the sticky label holder where the box needed tape. He put it as he was saying that the label holder wasn’t going to be sticky enough to hold the box close. I told him that I would rather take my package back and tape it properly on my own and instead of getting assistance, I was met with attitude and impatience. I understand that people have busy days, but that doesn’t excuse rudeness, especially when you're dealing with the public.
Customer service should be helpful and respectful, not cold or confrontational. I hope this location takes some steps to improve how customers are treated in the future.

The Speedway Blvd. Post Office is top notch ! The employees there are so positive, helpful and friendly. These employees take pride in their work, smile and take a proprietary interest in helping me every time I go there. Such awesome employees, so wonderful !!!!

I got a message that my package could not be delivered and was ready for pickup. So I went to the post office. The man who waited on me didn’t have his name badge displayed. After checking the tracking number, he said that it was probably out for delivery and that the drivers scan packages wrong all the time. Then he checked the computer again and went to look for the package. He didn’t find it. He went to a supervisor; eventually he came back and said that it was out for delivery.
I mentioned that I was the only one being inconvenienced. But he was happy to tell me that he, the supervisor and the driver today were all inconvenienced.
I believe that instead of inconvenienced, they were in fact, doing the bare minimum of their job.

I am extremely frustrated with the mail person who has the route in zip code 85719 constantly marking my package as delivered and then not putting it in the CORRECT mailbox. This is the second time! That is MY money being lost, who knows what box it was in and even if I did know where it was, would people Be honest and give it back? Because the first time was a Christmas gift, and I’m sure it had my name on it and they got two free clothing items. I made a request the first time to find that package and for usps to make it right and I received no voicemails, no follow up emails except to say that my case was closed. That was almost 60-70.00 lost. I can’t trust usps to deliver my items from businesses that use them. I’m so frustrated, I made a request to find this package again, so let’s see what happens.

Cassandra made me refill out paperwork I already filled out because she denied my packages. I have definitely filled out them out but she claimed I didn't. So she lost the files and tried to blame me.

I had re-used an Amazon box to mail a pkg to my granddaughters, but had missed a sticker. After standing in a very long line the postal officer said very loudly in front of everyone that I had batteries in my pkg. When I insisted that I did not, he pointed to a sticker and said to peal it off and to come back after. Before they simply blocked it off with permanent market. So I picked it off, and soon as I got back in line and to his desk, he again said he was leaving I could see the mail lady next. So I waited a third time.

Lately the postal service has really sucked. They are not properly delivering my mail anymore, mail is getting lost. I don't trust the unit states postal service anymore.

I want to call out your postal worker Alex. He has terrible customer service and does not know how to do his job. I printed a paid label off of the USPS website and he initially refused to scan it. I asked why and he said because the address I am sending to is wrong (it was not). Then after I tried to question him on how he knew the address was wrong, he told me he would send it off. But if I did it again, he wouldn't send it.
It also didn't help that Alex hardly speaks English - But what kind of service is this?
