The worst postal service ever. Packages lost, never leave notices, mail found in somebody else's mail boxes,long waiting lines, complaints not resolved. I just hate to order anything.through them.

The counter staff were efficient and friendly and helpful. There were only 3 people in line in front of me (4pm weekday), whereas earlier (11am same day) there were 20 customers. They could use more staffing, but the ones working were excellent. Lots of stars for them!! :)

This post office is in a messed up location that's not easy to get to,but it's the only one around this area. They need to have someone come mop and clean up the place sometime because it's always messed up with dirty floors. Also beware coming in and out the parking lot people are always driving through there Hella fast in a hurry to get nowhere. And there's usually some weirdo people out front of the place trying to get some money from people coming in and out. And when I had a p.o. box there I would get alerts saying my package was there but when I went to pick it up they never put it in my box till the next day. Go elsewhere if you can, but oh you can't like I said it's the only post office in the area....yikes!!!

I had important mail sent and never received any I have the app showing it was delivered I checked if it came and there was nothing I have went in person told them to put my mail in hold and had them send it again and it should come it was delivered I went in person for a week and haven’t received anything a lot of mail and nothing came am not sure what to do and when they were putting my mail in P.O. Box is always not in my box but in a open one and I told them about that too and haven’t been fixed or anything

I am a 79 year old disabled having much problems with delivery. Last year my doctor wrote a letter requesting my mail be home delivered. I was told by the delivery man to buy a mail box and he'd put it on my house. I did and informed the service I have one, nothing happened. When I have a good day and can move around on my walker, I go to the central housing mail box to receive my mail. Today I found a note that my mail was returned to post office because of a full box. After telling him of my dilemma several months ago and him seeing me on a walker, why couldn't he bring it to my home instead of taking it back to the Post Office causing me to have to reserve a round trip on the shuttle van? I called the service center and they were very helpful, hopefully this issue can get resolved soon!

I was supposed to get my glasses on Saturday. I called USPS as soon as I noticed that my glasses/ package was not delivered. They sent to wrong address. I. Spoke to a person saying that they sent to wrong address and I was supposed to receive them on the 28th still no glasses or no one picks up the phone ever. I've been trying since Monday. It's Thursday and still nothing. I'm gonna have to physically go when I'm sick. They just don't care nobody knows anything.Why have a phone if you never answer.?? Unprofessional!!!!

Horrible experience every damn time can't even get some one to fix my mail box in a USPS owned CBU. Can't call the office any more not surprised as an ex employee with 5 years watching supervisors laugh at customers and let the phone ring while they watch football on the tvs ment for tracking the employees. USPS is a joke. And the hopi station in Scottsdale is the worst of them all.
