That female postal clerk that worked today, 6/20/24 @ about 2:20 pm, was very rude and loud. I just went into the post office to get boxes, and she was so rude to the man that she was attending to. I just walked right out with disgust and said, "How rude!"

I just came into the post office to drop off pre paid packages and I told the one (female, didn’t see her name) employee that I didn’t need a receipt. She responded with ok, but I continued to hang around to ensure they were all scanned because there were about 15 packages. She then proceeded to ask me “Why are you still here” in a very rude manner. I wouldn’t want to have an employee like this working anywhere!

Wish zero stars was an option. Stopped coming to this very convenient location months ago because it’s so awful. Finally came back and despite having totally different employees it’s still the absolute worst. Just going to continue to drive out of my way to go to literally any other post office in town.

I went in today and there were no flat rate shipping boxes to choose from. I asked an employee if they had the large ones in stock and he said no without checking before someone else went to look and found one immediately. Employees let me get as far as organizing all my items and writing on the box before telling me there was no tape available, even for sale. I asked the employee how I was meant to ship the box and he just shrugged and told me I couldn’t.By far the worst usps I’ve been to, considering every time I’ve been there. Staff is rude and dismissive, never offers a solution, and often makes excuses to get customers to leave. Unsure how they operate with this lack of supplies and awful customer service.

I took a package there ready to ship, but I hadn't affixed my prepaid label yet as I wasn't sure exactly where on the box to place it. Immediately, the woman working the desk said "we don't have any tape. Tape is $3.95". I've been using USPS my whole life, and they've always let me tape a label on. And, to lie and say "we don't have any tape in this building", well, that's unfortunate. If she wanted to say "sorry, we're not giving you 4 inches of tape, you have to buy it" at least that would be honest. A USPS office with no tape anywhere inside the building? I had no tape in my car (duh) so I went by another office and it was no problem. :(

I came in attempting to pick up some packages for the company I work for. I had visited a different location where I was told my packages were at the oracle location. So, I arrive at this location and begin explaining to the woman in the red glasses that I needed to pick up some packages. She stared at me for a good 15 seconds dumbfounded and acted like I had ruined her entire day for thinking my packages were at her store. She immediately gave me an attitude and told me the packages were not at this store. She then proceeded to ask "who sent me" to the store and "what the woman looked like".. like this mattered? The gentlemen next to her spoke up and kindly told me I was sent to the incorrect store and told me which one I needed to go to. I am completely taken aback by this woman's behavior and how she continues to be employed by USPS. Super unhelpful and rude.

This location has very limited services. They also do not let you use a marker, piece of paper, tap or anything. You must buy it to use it. They barely even have anything for sale inside either. Not to mention, they aren't very nice about letting you know that you can't use their stuff. However, it's a clean facility and they are quick to give you information on other locations near by.

*UPDATE* 5 STAR DOWN TO A 1. I Came in on Wednesday-9/20 @ Exactly 3pm. The man working on the left register if u walked in the front door, has a white beard-Woman next to him on right register wearing black rimmed glasses. I asked him for a mail forwarding form and he Literally shrugged his shoulders and said rudely "DON'T HAVE ANY" just looking at mr with a blank stare leaving Me Asking, OK so when WILL u have some, he said "l DONT KNOW", shrugging his shoulders again, "TRY ONE OF THE BIGGER POST OFFICES". So I left... I work graveyard shifts and it is VERY important I sleep during the day, I was dropping in the grab the form right before going in to work. The next post office is far away from me and it is SO RIDICULOUS TO ME THAT A POST OFFICE DOES NOT HAVE THIS FORM!! What just because it's a "smaller"post office?? THAT IS SO UNACCEPTABLE!! AND UMPROFESSIONAL!! HOW DOES A POST OFFICE NOT HAVE THIS?! DO U KNOW HOW FAR I HAVE TO DRIVE NOW FOR THIS?! ?? The customer service and the fact a post office doesn't have what it is SUPPOSED TO HAVE and now making me drive completely out of my way when i need to be sleeping for work. I would give zero stars if I could. It would have been better if he could have AT LEAST given me an estimate of when they would be getting the forms in. But I guess they aren't a real post office.?♀️* END OF UPDATE*I came on Friday Feb 11th @ 245-250pm (because the silverbell location was horrible & the man was horribly mean so i left) & I feel Now like it was ABSOLUTELY MEANT TO BE!! & I WILL NOW BE COMING HERE FROM NOW ON! I WILL fill out the survey on my receipt so the woman that helped me gets recognized(clerk #5), she was SO helpful, kind & knowledgable & I NEEDED THAT TODAY! Because today was one of those days. So thank you. Like really. Thank you. Great job.
