Sadly I have had out-going mail stolen from (or misplaced at) this facility on several occasions. At first I thought the outside mailboxes had been tampered with so I started bringing my mail into the lobby and putting it in the wall slot (same result). They once recovered my stolen/misplaced mail months after I had mailed it. Hard to say if there is a problem with their internal or external security. Very disappointing.

This is my favorite location to go to. My packages usually start tracking within hours and everyone who has helped me has been kind, professional and helpful. Especially Bea!
It bums me out to see negative reviews which clearly are coming from people who don’t understand how to postal system works and need to be more self sufficient and educated on shipping their things and having the proper supplies to do so.

They always run late. Have lost an important package. And they don't appear to have a local phone number or even an operator available on the 800 number to hear my complaints.

No wonder their rating is low. I brought in 2 small boxes to get shipped back as "ground" return, which I got well educated on by the awful lady who helped me. She's big with glasses and brown hair. She refused to tape my small boxes because they weren't priority. I didn't know that was a thing because the other local post offices have no problems taping my small boxes I sent out before. This rude clerk was also trying to educate me like I don't know how to pack a box like it should be packed a different way or use an envelope when I only have what is available to me at my house to ship. Like I give a care on your opinion? No. Never coming back. First and last time at this rats nest.

The actual mapping to get into this post office is off and has you pull into a building next door that has a huge fence so aside from that it's a great post office once you actually find it. It does have pretty limited parking though.

Pepper was amazing! I was looking for a box for a vintage doll I was sending to a friend and she was extremely helpful with the process and was super kind. Definitely will come back I need to ship something else. :) thanks Pepper!
