This place is HORRIBLE! This should really be ZERO stars. We had to go in (again) to pick up our held mail (that was supposed to be delivered). After waiting for 40 minutes at the Dutch Door, we were told that we didn't receive any mail for the whole week of the mail hold! We knew that was BS but just left in frustration. Also, the "supervisor" we spoke to told us "next time just hold the buzzer down until someone shows up to help you" WHAT??

Very kind postal gentleman up front, I didn't get his name but he does a good job with a smile on his face even though he's honestly got a larger workload than he should. Same goes for the rest of the employees. Except this one carrier who threw a fit and told us to give a bad review on management if we don't like how slow it is up front even though none of us said anything or were looking annoyed. Just a sour attitude with that guy lol. So zero stars for him, hopefully y'all get more employees to handle your workload instead of suffering layoffs that double your work load! Thank you for the ones who stay though and do great at it like the man I mentioned at the start of this review. :)

Horrible experience with this office nearly everytime I need to use them. Going in isn’t to bad but any other service they provide sucks!!! Never had such bad service. Mailed a letter in my outgoing mail at my apartment complex on N Mona Lisa Rd to the social security office on N 1st during mid spring. (End of April beginning of May) it took almost 2 weeks to get there. Caused me all kinds of problems. I scheduled a 2pm pick up for a package it’s now 2:36 with no end in sight so I called the post office to find out what went wrong. Called 8 times but no one answered. I’ve had mail sent to me from my daughter in CT and not gotten it. I have ordered a bank card from SoFi 11 times in a row and only have gotten 1 out of them that was 3 weeks late so a new one had been ordered again by then. Of course that caused my rent to be late because I couldn’t access the money I needed an I got fined for its tardiness. I mean the list goes on and on. Do not expect anything to show up or be sent on time if you use this post office unless you drive down and walk in. This isn’t always an option for me as I’m disabled. I should start charging them for all their mistakes because it always costs me at least an extra hundred dollars a month between late fees, extra charges, gas and time. Horrible and the people who work there - ya not exactly the most outgoing personable people I’ve met. Why work in public relations if you clearly HATE people?!

I order 30 lb of dog food every month and have had no problems except for this month. Then I received a message from the post office stating they could not fit my 30 lb of dog food in my mailbox because it was full? Now that makes absolutely no sense and when I went to look at my mailbox it was knocked over. So they clearly tried to lean it against my mailbox knocked it over and then claimed it wouldn't fit. It's the next day and I'm still waiting for my dog food and it's not showing even though I rescheduled for them to drop off on my doorstep... Getting poor service very frustrated

Not sure why you guys ring my doorbell to leave in less than 30 seconds. Either ring it and give me a minute at least or just don't even ring my doorbell.

One worker?? One very slow and overworked worker. The line is out the door and the lady at counter is mailing a stack of envelopes 5 inches high. I will be here all afternoon. If at all possible, go elsewhere!

This is one of the most inefficient usps in the entire world .God bless you, if you have to pickup a package here from their “Dutch Door”They leave you waiting at the door for an average of 40 minutes - 1hour.If you ask a customer service rep that’s free , if they can go look, they will say someone should be there . But no one is.It’s honestly pathetic and the manager of this location should be embarrassed with themselves.It’s very poorly ran .

Consistently very slow workers at counter. Could not work at this slow pace and keep their job if employed with a successful public business.They are also understaffed for the level of traffic encountered on many days. Need three or four desk employees, not two.
