I was treated very rudely by the staff who condescendingly mocked my failure to observe procedures I had never needed to observe anywhere else and laughed at me when I asked to be helped picking up the boxes I had dropped. They then got upset at me for failing to use a sharpie when they handed me a ballpoint pen. I left without making a scene, but I don't plan on returning and wouldn't recommend anyone else doing the same.

I came in near closing and didn’t realize I didn’t have a QR code for one of my packages to print the label. The woman (I didn’t get her name) allowed me to email the label to her coworker Frank and he was able to print the label for me, taking them a bit past closing time. It was super appreciated as I’m here on holidays and don’t have access to a vehicle to come back the next day or after the weekend. Everyone was super friendly and helpful

It is always great to see the familiar friendly faces of the postal workers at this post office. They are hard-working, efficient, and courteous. I am so lucky to gave this post office closest to my home!

I never got a package that was supposedly delivered in my mailbox. The mail carrier probably placed the key to the locker in the wrong mailbox. The manager said he would call me to let me know what the mail carrier may have found after checking. He never did. I had to insist for several minutes before he admitted I could file a claim to be reimbursed. He was initially saying that since the package was insured, I should take it up with the insurer. So much for taking responsibility for your shortcomings! No wonder USPS is in the red. Incompetent and irresponsible.

I just left and wanted to say that the customer service was really delightful!
I felt like such a millennial entering here and not knowing what to do but the employees were very nice and patient with me. Thank you!

Told me to go to UPS when the shipping label is USPS, won’t help with Amazon return, can’t print their own labels.

This post office used to be great for the last 2.5 years, but has gone down hill in the last 5 months or so.
They stopped delivering packages to my apartment complex and leave a hastily scribbled note to pick it up at the post office directly because "the parcel lockers are full." They used to bring it to your door directly if the lockers were full (as they should). Additionally, they now struggle to hit their expected delivery dates where as before they met them or even beat them by a few days every time.
Lastly, with our old driver our mail showed up between 12-1pm every single day without skipping a beat. Now we're lucky if it shows up before 6pm.
Now I get to go fight with government hours to pick up my own mail because the new drivers refuse to do their jobs and deliver the mail

I used this post office to service court papers Not only did they lose them once they lost them twice and I had to pay 17 dollars and some change Each time I processed the service again they never answer the phone and when you do go in person, it’s hard to talk to a manager. Very very awful service.

While my package should have been placed in our parcel box, it was found days later laying at the bottom of our very long driveway. I’m appalled!! Who does this?

Sent an important document priority mail letter on Saturday morning 4/13/24. The online projection was for 2 day delivery on Monday 4/15. The clerk confirmed the Monday delivery. It was critical the letter arrive by 4/14. It didn't arrive at the residence until Thursday 4/18. No refunds for non-express mail. Why would I use USPS again when there are other services. BTW they lost my lost priority mail shipment of a cell phone.
