My packages never come to my house and are always marked "attempted delivery." I have a camera outside my house, and at the time they claim they attempted the delivery, nobody ever shows up. I'm paying for my package to be delivered to my house and instead I have to drive to the post office to stand in line for 30 mins and then deal with their rude staff to try and get my package. Bad location, lazy staff, terrible experience. Ups, FedEx, and Amazon have no problem dropping off my packages at my door. There's no excuses. They just take your money and never deliver.

I keep getting the wrong mail and my neighbors keep getting my packages. They need to pay attention and listen to our complaints

What about this postal service, why do they lose the delivery packages? Where can I report a postal service?

It’s slightly better than not even having a damn post office in the area. You will waste a day trying to get anything done here, you’re better off driving to PHX.

I Cannot get into my mailbox so they are holding my mail. So I went in and the guy stated he can have the carrier bring my mail to my door, as they have no mail at the facility. Which doesn’t make sense it says I have mail. I have very important medication in there. I also called to make sure they were coming so they don’t forget about me. And guess what, they never brought my mail. So now I can’t get the medication that I need which is urgent. They don’t listen and seem not to care.

I was just in this location trying to mail two envelopes. I was 2nd in line, but the two workers behind the counter insisted on helping the 3rd and 4th person behind me, in line despite there being an obvious que. I was even instructed to wait so that person 3 could be helped before me. My time is just as valuable as everyone else that uses the postal service. I walked out w/o being helped. I'll go to FedEx or UPS from now on. Why ask people to stand in line if you're not going to help people in the order they arrive?

I understand why all the 1 star ratings. This location doesn't answer the phone, takes forever to get people out the door, and it's a pathetic building. Also, they send their rural area contractors to deliver our neighborhood mail, but can't deliver packages to our doors. Since their hours conflict with the average person's work hours, you can't go pick up your package when they leave a tag in your mailbox. You pay taxes to only have the USPS turn around and hire contractors who won't deliver to homes. I hate the USPS system. Screw them.

I am disabled and I ask the lady at the window if she could ask one of the employees to carry the bulky item out to my truck (it weighed over 30 lbs)——and she said next time I need to bring someone with me to help me with my packages. She then asked me to meet her at the side of the building and dropped the package on the floor and went back inside. Typical government employee that would die of starvation if she had to actually work in the private sector. Lack of humanity and compassion.

The facility is way too small to serve this rapidly growing area. It has only one service window in the tiny lobby. A long line often forms outside the building, sometimes stretching around the corner of it, with no protection from the weather. The staff is wonderful, though, especially under these working conditions.

This office is small with many customers at all times. My experience has been frustrating as we do not always get packages delivered at our residence; picking up can be a headache literally sometimes you have to wait outside in the heat.

LOOK AT ALL THE 1 ⭐️ Reviews! I’ve had 2 packages attempted to deliver that ended up missing/stolen. I have a 3rd one on the way and I’m gonna assume it will be the same. “Sorry we can’t find your package” “it was here” I would drive to the main facility if they shut this location down!!

I don't know if the driver was just to lazy or he didn't want to get off take my package to my door. Got a notification saying no access to delivery location well I look on my camera and there is plenty of room for him to get to my mailbox. Not only that but I know I had package that wouldn't of fit in my mailbox so he would of had to get off take it to my door. So i don't know if it was just laziness or a little wet outside and he didn't wanna get out. Know it won't get anywhere but guys need to do better.
