The lady manager doesn't know a damn thing about anything. I brought and nba official swingman jersey in and a kobe blue lakers Mitchell & Ness jersey she wouldn't even bother to look at because they "looked fake", also wouldn't even bother to look at my jordan 11 lows because "you can see the glue" but yet had the same exact items on sell in the damn store. I went 3 times and never once did they even try with me don't go terrible service. Mainly the lady manager super rude won't even try to negotiate a dollar.

Worst customer service ever, I was referred to this location by a manager from another location that I frequent. Upon entering I observed 6 employees and was not greeted by a single one. Simply looking for car audio, not once was I asked if I could be helped out or what was I shopping for. Causing me to leave with a bad taste in my mouth. The stereo typing and judging in today's society is becoming more and more ridiculous. Needless to say I won't be returning for anything else nor referring anyone I know.

I paid off a Glock 17 which was suppose to come with 3 mags, a case, a holster and a light. But when picked up my firearm. Only the gun was there. Everything else is missing. I was told the items were sold to someone else. Not very professional selling things that aren't theirs. I will remove this review when I get what I paid for or a refund.

USA pawn use to be great and always helped. know they like to low ball people. I've always came back for my stuff with no problem. they try to tell me they well sell my new set for 45 when it sells for 120 and it's the reason why the.only can give me the low price. guess they don't want returning customer. I'm going to stick to pawn on flowing wells from now on.

I love dealing with the workers here and the managers. Always willing to bargain and always greeted with a smile. Not a pawn shop you would expect. Been shopping here forever but after the last time I thought they deserved some feedback.Wish they would have better prices for tools as they upsell them quite a bit but have a great selection. Firearm's are always a great grab. Even bought jewelry for my lady and was super grateful.Great job team thank you.

Edit - I was contacted by management and they heard my concerns and not only kept up their word on making things right, they helped me find another lens that would fit for my work. They have shown themselves to have solid products, work with their customers, and encourage return business. I'll be back.If you attempt to purchase any camera gear from them, make sure to check and recheck all glass, tech and components. They sell broken gear and do not keep uphold their policies. Prices look good, quality is not.

This store was very helpful to me! I had bought a necklace for my girlfriends birthday but it turned out the clasp was not working. Dean who was managing at the time, went as far as to let us pick out a new one of equal value and even added on a new clasp to ensure functionality. This was super helpful to my situation and I would like to spend money here again.

Prior to my Louis Vuitton purse being "checked" the lady complained that the machine to test purses was a pain and would sometimes take hours to check. the purse came with a card so she used that instead. She then claimed that there were Chinese letters after she scanned the card.The thing is I have pawned this purse before and never has someone said that it was fake. she said there's no way that this LOUIS VUITTON purse came from France that it came from Italy.... Mind you that Louis Vuitton is a FRENCH brand and I also have family living in Paris and Toulouse, France. She's either racist or extremely lazy. She never got the machine to check the purse and just complained that it said it was made in France...I would not recommend. why work somewhere if you don't want to do the actual job of checking items?! Not accepting purses is one thing but calling my authentic purse FAKE without checking is appalling. Absolutely Ridiculous

Very unprofessional staff and company because I didn’t buy a protection plan for a non working PlayStation but never worked in the beginning they wouldn’t do anything until I kept calling finally got a hiring manager or some thing and they said they could try to find me another PlayStation that could possibly work, so what none of the PlayStation there work? , done multiple factory resets on it and it still doesn’t work is extremely slow and of course they will not give any money back. Will never shop here again. Scam artists at its finest. Highly suggest you spend your money elsewhere.

I'm going through a really bad devoice and I felt like the gave me the lowest amount they could for a Xbox 360 and a TV $90 bucks . I looked at same one at store selling it for 200. Not in including 2 compound bows and a Wii.
