I have been going to this store for a few years, they regularly serve well, but for about 3 years, I did NOT like the attention of a biological woman, but who looked like a man, she said. She was a man and spoke like a man, but her name was feminine. She was white, Native American. She kept the place very clean, but she was very uncomfortable. Requesting a service. She didn't see your face. She didn't say hello. She was always in too much of a hurry, cleaning what was already extremely clean, and she always rushed you, that's it, and turned the other way. It was terrible service, and I noticed that the store was alone at any time. When she no longer works there, it is quite the opposite. Today I see women employees, very friendly, with a broad smile, a lot of people and they serve quickly. And when I had problems sending and receiving the email, they did everything possible to get it to me, and they knew how to solve the problem very well, said the two extremely kind women, they worked together, and finally, the email was sent. io and the other one arrived, I also found out.
Plus they are ??bilingual and that helps a lot. Excellent team.

Karina is a very rude person. She said all she could so she didn't have to help me. She had a bad attitude right from the first question I asked her. It's like she wanted to hurry and get rid of me so she could get on her phone.

i have been going to this UPS store for years now and i canhonestly say that everyone who works there is kind and courteous to me. the manager even gave me a compliment for the packaging of my Amazon returns he said it makes the process easier and faster for them so they can help other customers. i even had the wrong return store one time and he
helped me get it back on track so i wouldn’t have to go to another store. if you are looking for helpful and courteous sales associates the Irvington UPS store is your place. Thanks again for all your help with my returns. J

Evelyn was fantastic! Had my fingerprints done and couldn't believe how easy it was compared to when I had them done a year ago at a PacMail store. Soooo much easier, thanks!

Did something konk me on the head today? This is by far the best UPS store location I have ever been served at. Notary, fingerprints, faxing all in one place. Eva helped me, and the rest of the crew was also the friendliest and best attitude I have witnessed. Thye deserve a good review and the management deserves praise for having 4 people working the counter at busy periods.

I think a prerequisite for employment at an ups store is you must show how unfriendly you can be. I have yet to meet a friendly, helpful ups store employee.

I sent a print order to this store by mistake. My mistake. I immediately (within 2 minutes of placing the order) called to cancel it since it's on the complete opposite side of town from me. The lady took my info and said she would cancel it. I waited to resubmit it to the correct store until they cancelled the first order. That never happened. They printed order. So I make the drive to retrieve it and share my frustrations with them. I nicely explain the situation after getting my order and she responds with "yeah" and a shoulder shrug. She couldn't have cared less about my complaint. So, since no one at the store cares, I'm hoping that current and potential customers see this and are encouraged to find an alternative

UPDATE: I returned to the store today to meet with Ryan the manager. The employees in there told me he’s not here and it’s currently 1:22pm. What kind of operation is this UPS? A valid customer problem and I’m being treated like this? Bad example for UPS.
I shipped very expensive coffee to a client and dear friend to Chicago and my friend never received it. It was damaged during transit. My friend filed a claim and it’s been over 3 weeks and no check has been returned to me for damaging my property. Guilty by association in my book. Management and owner have not gotten back to me. I plan on taking this UPS to civil court for this, this is unacceptable. It’s been over 3 months since I’ve sent this coffee and UPS and this location refuse to help me.

Quoted me with $70 packaging. When the item was delivered, I was told that they don't remember this and increased the cost to $110. The item was there for 5 days and I had to call them to send it out. I was on hold more than 30 mins one time when I called. If you can't do a job, don't accept it!

If you had a minus 1 I would give your unprofessional Irvington location at Tucson I would! They messed up on the fingerprint clearance card and was treated very disrespectful just for asking for the manager!
