My UPS store on wilmont is the best. Michelle the owner ,her husband, and the entire staff gives customer service above and beyond all the time. I've been a customer of Michelle since 2008 at her Broadway and Campbell store she really makes you feel valued as a customer!!

Michelle was able to help us navigate a very frustrating Amazon return in less than 10 minutes after Amazon had failed to do so over two hour-long phone calls. She was friendly and knowledgeable and we very much appreciate her help.

Was trying to get my dad a new BC to get his VA ID and I needed a document notarized in order to order him a new BC. His Drivers License is expired and he has no other form of identification. I had called department of AZ Vital Records on the phone with me to explain that I should be able to sign as a “credible” person and vouch for his identity and they said no and the AZ Dept of Vital Records said just find another notary and that he himself is a notary. Just a fair warning before coming here!

Amazing store! The Supervisor Carlos was a great help. He took the time to process everything I needed in a timely and effortless manner. I had notary, scanning, plus shipping done in less than 15 mins. Thank you Carlos!

Update a year later- still the best UPS location. Every time I go in they are friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond. The positive energy of the owner is refreshing and makes me want to return.

This is the Only place I will go for my postal/mailing/shipping needs! (There are a couple places closer to me, but I make the drive for the service I receive Here). After the death of my mother, I’ve needed notary, fax, and email services. I can barely think straight, but the staff here takes my stacks of papers and professionally completes all the necessary tasks.
I will forever use this location for all of my postal needs.

Carlos and his crew at this location have been like my personal assistance for the last 9 years scanning emailing copying faxing and helping me with so many different projects
I no longer buy printer cartridges paper and deal with all the technology hassles.
You just get out of the car walk into this location and they make everything happen
Much less expensive than maintaining your own equipment buying ink and cartridges
Nowadays when you buy a new laptop it's obsolete by the time you get to the parking lot
This location always has the newest equipment and professionals who know how to use it
