This store is stealing packages from customers! They have a few rats there who are just scanning the packages and keep them ! Either the drivers are not scanning the packages after pick ups or clerks from the store are putting on the side and keeping them for themselves ! And this is the second consecutive time that is happened to me! Watch out everyone

Michelle and her staff are polite and professional. They always greet me when I walk in and are happy to accommodate any questions or requests. Definitely my favorite UPS store in Tucson.

Kind of an odd experience. On my way to work so I just kind of let it go while at the store, and why I didn’t catch his name.
The store was empty except for a few people hanging out and the Hispanic guy asked me to come up. I had the code pulled up but not the scannable barcode. I showed it to him and he just kept repeating I need a barcode or a code. Rushed and rude for an empty store. Customer service skills as friendly as the drop off self serve machines at fedex. I assume he was in a rush to get back to his conversation. I had the written code in front of him but since that didn’t make sense to him I searched for a picture of the barcode to scan. (And yes I matched up the code numbers for both to make sure they were the same)
Would be one star but it’s UPS so 2 stars overall. Sad because I went to this location because of the good reviews.

It's the best UPS store in town. I always go to it no matter where I'm at and I'm a truck. Driver has great Semi truck parking to the notth

Shout out to the owner, Michelle, for helping me to find an awkward size box to ship out an item. She was so willing to help me with this and pretty much did all the work getting this item packaged and shipped. Some of the best customer I have ever received. 5 stars!

My UPS store on wilmont is the best. Michelle the owner ,her husband, and the entire staff gives customer service above and beyond all the time. I've been a customer of Michelle since 2008 at her Broadway and Campbell store she really makes you feel valued as a customer!!
