I went to this store after stopping at two other office supply stores, that were unable to assemble at me. I was able to complete All my business in one location: copy, notary, certified mail. I will be back!

Always Amazing! Douglas was phenomenal! Super helpful & went the extra mile to help put my box together. I go out of my way to come to the Broadway/Craycroft location.

I needed to tape a few boxes shut and they said I had to buy the tape. They wouldn't just let me use a tape applicator. I don't give my business to myopic establishments. Buh bye. On to Fed Ex or US Postal Service.

I don’t know why someone left this UPS store a bad review or any bad reviews for that matter. I’ve have been a frequent flyer at this location and each and every time I go in there, the gals are kind and helpful and more than competent. I won’t use another UPS store. Highly recommend this location!

I hopped out of the car, was greeted friendly, I handed the employee the item, my phone with the picture of the "square puzzle dots" (are they pixel dots?" Hmm.. She handled me back the phone and a receipt and said, "that's it, Thank you and come again'". Only 1 block and 1 crosswalk from the bus stop...and each way. No growling by an uninspired 'worker', no wait, and help making the process do-able? They were GREAT.

Once again fly by night store that advertises UPS and don't want to do their job I will make sure that they lose their accreditation and not able to take any more UPS packages these companies get paid to take packages they need to do their job.

I use this UPS Store quite often and they are always friendly and their service is quick and dependable. I have shipped several items to my daughters including a vase that was delicate and it arrived packed to withstand the handling by the UPS drivers. I have visited a store that is near where I work and did not get the same service. I do appreciate the fact they are open on Saturdays and Sundays which makes it easy to return amazon items when I am off work.

I would also give negative stars if I could. I used this location for sending out a christmas package for my sister and nieces and nephews. I asked the employee if packages are covered or if there is insurance. She told me that all packages are covered by UPS. What I did not know is that it’s only by $100 and if I was told the correct and full information then I would have asked for further coverage but I was not given that option. My package was lost- it was around christmas time so I understand that it can happen but from the looks the these reviews it appears this store commonly misplaces packages. I started a claim and throughout the entire process the manager and owner Scott was extremely unhelpful and RUDE. Anytime I would call he was never available and people would take messages to have him call me back. Never once would he. Even to the point I tried going in person and he was apparently just never working. He would take forever to get back to me via email…like days to weeks later for any follow up. When I ended up having to send in all the information for what was in the package and the value of all the gifts, it was over $600 dollars that I lost. Scott informed me that UPS only covers up to $100 but that after the fact I can put in an appeal and he made me hopeful I would be able to get some of that money back in order to re send gifts to my family. Nope- once I called for the appeal he straight up told me in a very unprofessional way that I was basically sh*t out of luck. Then I could never get ahold of any real person to talk to regarding any issues at UPS and they have no desire to resolve issues. Horrible customer service here. I understand the policy of UPS and that employees there don’t have control over that but very upsetting that I was not given the correct information originally and then the experience I had with Scott after the fact is the most upsetting. Reading his responses to other people’s reviews also reflect what terrible customer service he has. Unkind and unprofessional.

The customer service at this location is horrible. There are two guys that work there that never have a smile on their face nor really greet the customer, they pretty much just grunt! Seriously! They surely hate their job. This location is close to my home but as of today I will not longer be going there. I will drive elsewhere.

I've been using this store for as long as I can remember. I've not once witnessed or received any rude behavior. I am a frequent Amazon shopper, so I've frequently return items. I have only used this store for those returns and the staff is always courteous and ready to assist. Thanks for making my life easier!

If I could give negative stars I would. Not just for this UPS store but for UPS corporation in general. I brought my daughter in here a couple months ago to send a large box of clothes to her boyfriend that had just moved out of state. We bring the box in and inform them that we needed to have it shipped to Georgia. We provided the address to the clerk. The clerk asked if we had a label already. We said no, that we didn't have anything just the box and address. The clerk had us send the address to their email and he printed up the label for us and took the box. I asked if he was going to weigh it. He said it didn't matter because the label covered everything. My daughter was charged $3. I thought that it was weird that it was so inexpensive, but I have never shipped anything before, so I had no idea. We were given the tracking number and we left. A week later, my daughter checked the tracking number and it said it had been delivered somewhere in South Carolina. After many phone calls, my daughter was told that the box had the wrong tracking number on it and that they would "investigate". After days/weeks, and many more calls, my daughter still was getting nowhere. UPS has no idea where this 26 pound box is. They told my daughter to go to the UPS store (5425 E. Broadway) that we shipped it from and talk to them since it was their fault that the tracking number was generated there. My daughter works a lot, so I went to the store for her to see what they could do. I explained the situation to one of the clerks and he told me that it was my daughter's fault because we didn't do the label correctly. I explained the situation again and said there is no way that it was my daughter's fault because they did the label for us. I even showed the clerk the email we sent the address to and a copy of the receipt. He insisted that they did nothing wrong and it was our fault. My daughter called UPS again and they said they would have the owner of the UPS store contact her and no one has ever reached out to her. It has been a couple months now and still no call backs from UPS or the UPS store owner. My daughter's boyfriend has still not received the box. This has been a horrible and expensive situation, since now the boyfriend has to buy all new clothes. UPS needs to do better. You are in business because of your customers needs. You should handle situations like this much better and with more compassion.
