Extremely unhelpful and condescending staff!Regarding the "Response from the owner", you are confusing me with someone else. I was on my bike, so the boxes were neither numerous nor large, and all were taped. I just needed to print labels, and the woman staffing your location was incredibly rude to me. I went to the public library, printed and added my labels (for just 10 cents each!) and then went to a different UPS location where the people seemed to be having a better day than your lady.

The older woman with short hair was rude she told me they could not provide me tape and would only do it for me this time. When I asked them if they provide me a receipt for the package I dropped off they told me they don’t do this at this location and to take a picture of the label. Very rude needs better customer service.

There's a blonde woman with short hair working there whom I've never seen before. I've been to this location a few times since I moved to Tucson, and the two girls who have worked there were amazing. However, this woman was the rudest person I've ever met. I went in with three rugs, one delivered in plastic. She told me that UPS might not take it because it's not packaged. I explained it was packaged but not in the typical way you'd define it and that it didn't come in a box. She said she'd call me if they refused, but I said it's okay, I'll take it to another UPS store.I asked her to scan these two other items for Amazon, and she refused, saying to do it at the other UPS store. I explained it was too heavy for me to carry back again. As she walked away, I tried to talk to her, but she decided to stop helping the other customer and hide. I started talking to the other lady because I was genuinely confused. I don't understand this treatment. I wasn't rude; I even apologized for any inconvenience. Yet, she ignored me, acted like a petulant child, and walked away. Then I saw her grabbing the phone. I asked her, “Are you even going to answer me or try to talk to me? I don’t understand, what did I do? Are you being racist?” She continued to ignore me and then told me that she had called security. I didn’t understand what I did. Why would she call security? And then again I see her grabbing the phone and this time I hear her talking to security and telling them that I’m in the store. Like wow!!! I was not advised to leave. I wasn’t even being communicated to. I’ve literally never been treated like this ever. All she said, as she walked away from me initially, was “I wasn’t a paying customer and she didn’t have to help me.” Does Amazon not have a contract with UPS owners? But I guess because she was the owner, she had this right to treat me in such a horrid way. The only thing I can understand from all this is that this woman is 100% racist or just a lunatic. I walked out in disbelief.Never in my life have I been treated in such a way. So far, this has been a very pleasant store, up until this woman. If she's their boss, I feel sorry for any employee because she's straight-up evil and should not be interacting with any customers. There's another UPS a couple of miles away, and I highly recommend that you spend your money there unless you want to support a racist. By all means, continue to come to this place where this blonde white woman thinks it's okay to treat other people who are different from her and also intelligent like trash to exert her power over them.I'm incredibly upset; I was just just sitting in my car unable to drive because I can’t stop crying. I never imagined encountering such negativity from people who still harbor such toxic attitudes in environments where individuals should feel respected and valued, not belittled by their ignorant and racist behavior.Regarding the image I posted, I explained that this was how it was packed and delivered to me. She kept insisting that it's from Amazon and not properly packaged. I expressed my confusion. Sensing her confusion, I felt better taking it to another store because I didn't trust her. My gut feeling was 100% right because she turned 100% psycho on me. I began talking to another customer she was assisting, and she walked away and decided to call security without even telling me; I was legitimately confused. I wasn't hostile; I was calm the whole time, and she didn't even ask me to leave. So why would she call security? I've never had security called on me before, why would she ever put me in that category? She made me feel like a criminal when all I did was emphasize that this is also a package.

The store often opens late. There is a woman who works there with long curly hair who is an absolute lunatic and gets mad at all the customers.

I have read previous reviews. It looks like I was lucky :).I dropped by the store to print some document and send it via mail.I was greated by a cute dog - it is so sweet when an employer affords employees to keep their fur babies nearby all the time. A lady - a UPS associate - was patient, kind and helpful. I was even suggested to pet the dog.Nice experience absolutely!

Went to three other branches before arriving at this location! The aromatics of this location is inviting and the technician support is just the same. I’d recommend this location.

Owner is obviously unhinged and can't take criticism. Everything has a excuse for happening. Don't go this ups store unless you feel like getting chastised for making them do thier job and also feel like getting chastised by the owner online also when you make a post about your bad experience. Nothing says I can take valid criticism like responding to every negative review with an excuse for why it happened. Obviously, there's not an effort to fix it because the problem is the owner/ leadership of the location.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! The girl behind the register was very lazy, lacking any interest in helping me. When I specifically asked her for assistance several times she said roothly to get things figured out and not to bother her. I was the ONLY customer in the store!!! She was wearing beat-up t-ishirt with large hole in the front just to match her unprofessional behavior! When I asked her why is she not willing to help me she got very defensive and loud. At that point I was not sure if she will actually ship my package or misplace it!!!Therefore, I decided to go to FedEx where I got the help I needed to ship my package. After I saw all the negative reviews it all made sense to me! And yes, you are the problem NOT your customers! Moreover, you should be banned from representing the UPS brand!!

Went to review this place and saw all the negative comments - you all beat me to it! The women who owns this place is so awful. She literally shoed me out of the store because I didn’t have my Amazon return packaged properly. She was also rude to the customer ahead of. Extremely rude. I’m amazed ups corporate hasn’t taken note of this but looking to file a formal complaint for sure. She shouldn’t be allowed to own a store and tarnish their brand.

Person who works in the morning is sarcastic, unclear, can't hold off complaining about customers to anyone who talks to her (should explain why she has so many negative reviews to you, everyone is wrong besides her) and is rude as well as loud. One of the oddest experiences I've had. Definitely should not be working any job and should seek urgent help if her issues persist. The amount of 1 star reviews and the way she defensively responds to them should tell you everything you need to know. Narcissistic.Other person working afternoon shift is nice.

Dropped off an Amazon package. Asked for a receipt and was told “we don’t give receipts” as she carried my package off. I said, “Really? They usually give me a receipt so I can prove I dropped it off, just in case it gets lost and Amazon claims they didn’t get it”. She immediately snapped at me and said, “That’s what I said, so there is no need to have this weird conversation” and went about her business. That is literally the whole conversation. I should have requested my pkg back but I have anxiety and didn’t feel comfortable with her aggressive attitude nor being downtown, in a place I am unfamiliar with.Updated Response to owner. While I greatly appreciate your response, being made aware of your policies, and very much appreciate when people are direct (anything less pretty much confuses me), what I experienced was not that. It was snarky, condescending, and unnecessary. I was soft spoken and polite (albeit a bit distracted) She could have simply told me the info you just gave me, and I would have left feeling enlightened and appreciative. (No I did not see that info beforehand nor did I after through my tears. I will go look now) As someone with PTSD and anxiety, I am sure you can appreciate how not everyone experiences it the same, which is another good reason why showing others kindness and "grace" is so important...Especially if they already openly appear confused, and anxious. Simply and directly answering one's question without an ableist attitude, can make all the difference.Hope you all had a fabulous Valentine's day as well. As the disabled daughter of an Air force veteran, and mother of an Army veteran, I can and do respect your sacrifice, role in the community, and efforts to empower others. Thank you.
