Convenient location and kind staff - But take note, even if your return is not an Amazon one, they will flat out refuse to print out a thermal receipt.
Go elsewhere if you must have one (like the RMA recipient of mine required).

Need to attach a UPS label to your box? Pay them to print it, and pay them to tape it to the box, no parking, no receipt "the owner said take a picture of the tracking number if you need a receipt"...but they are open until 7PM and every other location closes at 6.

Probably one of the worst ups stores here in Tucson! My sons chemo medicine was sent to this store, he is 6 months old and in the hospital, the doctor's want me to pick up the medicine and then they will release him, the owner which is female, stated he needed an ID and needed to sign himself, so I call the pharmacy company and they try to get into contact with her, she's ignoring everyone's calls. And he needs his medicine. Very distasteful! No empathy, poor customer service, need i say more? do not go to this location! God sees everything and he don't like ugly! Karma is real!

Update 07/11/2024
Since I chose not to come back to this store to pick up my packages by exposing myself, a friend or family member to the poor treatment I received there...my two packages were not shipped back to Amazon. Instead, the owner donated these items. The visit to this store has cost me hours of phone calls to UPS Corporate and Amazon, explaining what happened. It's unfortunate that there are people out there that are purposely vindictive and hateful.
Update 05/02/2024
Store owner changed response. Previous response stated that I have two weeks to pick up the two packages I left there to be shipped. If I do not pick up, they will be donated. Why did you remove that comment I wonder??
If only there were negative stars. The woman who opened today was the rudest person I have come across in customer service in a very long time. Now, reading all the negative reviews, I see I don't stand alone. Do better!

Went above and beyond to help me fax a document remotely when I didn’t have a car to go in-person. Really appreciate the helpfulness and kindness of your team!

I recently visited the UPS Store for an Amazon return, and my experience was quite disappointing. I had my items packed in an Amazon box, taped and ready to go. When I arrived, I noticed that the tape on the bottom of the box was coming off. I asked the staff member if she could tape it for me, considering it is a UPS store with plenty of tape available. To my surprise, she told me I needed to buy tape from them or walk home (a 20-minute round trip) to re-tape the box myself.
This wasn't the first time I encountered poor customer service at this location. Previously, I went there to get a quote for shipping my laptop to Germany. The staff member was unhelpful and told me that she wouldn't provide a detailed quote unless I was committed to shipping it right then. She mentioned it would cost over $300 but didn't give any further information. I later researched online and found out that the high cost was due to Germany's 20% customs tax. I was able to get my shipping labels online from UPS for $200, a detail she could have easily shared.
The customer service is unprofessional, and the staff member lacks the ability to provide helpful information. Additionally, the store has a dog that roams around freely, which causes the store to have an unpleasant smell. The dog sometimes jumps on customers, which could be an issue for those who are sensitive or allergic to animals. The staff member is unfriendly and rude, making the overall experience even worse.
If you have other options, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. It's unfortunate because this store is the closest to me, but I will not be returning.

Been using this location for a year. Mary and team are exceptional. Always a smile with a hello and thank you when stopping in.

Extremely unhelpful and condescending staff!Regarding the "Response from the owner", you are confusing me with someone else. I was on my bike, so the boxes were neither numerous nor large, and all were taped. I just needed to print labels, and the woman staffing your location was incredibly rude to me. I went to the public library, printed and added my labels (for just 10 cents each!) and then went to a different UPS location where the people seemed to be having a better day than your lady.

The older woman with short hair was rude she told me they could not provide me tape and would only do it for me this time. When I asked them if they provide me a receipt for the package I dropped off they told me they don’t do this at this location and to take a picture of the label. Very rude needs better customer service.

There's a blonde woman with short hair working there whom I've never seen before. I've been to this location a few times since I moved to Tucson, and the two girls who have worked there were amazing. However, this woman was the rudest person I've ever met. I went in with three rugs, one delivered in plastic. She told me that UPS might not take it because it's not packaged. I explained it was packaged but not in the typical way you'd define it and that it didn't come in a box. She said she'd call me if they refused, but I said it's okay, I'll take it to another UPS store.I asked her to scan these two other items for Amazon, and she refused, saying to do it at the other UPS store. I explained it was too heavy for me to carry back again. As she walked away, I tried to talk to her, but she decided to stop helping the other customer and hide. I started talking to the other lady because I was genuinely confused. I don't understand this treatment. I wasn't rude; I even apologized for any inconvenience. Yet, she ignored me, acted like a petulant child, and walked away. Then I saw her grabbing the phone. I asked her, “Are you even going to answer me or try to talk to me? I don’t understand, what did I do? Are you being racist?” She continued to ignore me and then told me that she had called security. I didn’t understand what I did. Why would she call security? And then again I see her grabbing the phone and this time I hear her talking to security and telling them that I’m in the store. Like wow!!! I was not advised to leave. I wasn’t even being communicated to. I’ve literally never been treated like this ever. All she said, as she walked away from me initially, was “I wasn’t a paying customer and she didn’t have to help me.” Does Amazon not have a contract with UPS owners? But I guess because she was the owner, she had this right to treat me in such a horrid way. The only thing I can understand from all this is that this woman is 100% racist or just a lunatic. I walked out in disbelief.Never in my life have I been treated in such a way. So far, this has been a very pleasant store, up until this woman. If she's their boss, I feel sorry for any employee because she's straight-up evil and should not be interacting with any customers. There's another UPS a couple of miles away, and I highly recommend that you spend your money there unless you want to support a racist. By all means, continue to come to this place where this blonde white woman thinks it's okay to treat other people who are different from her and also intelligent like trash to exert her power over them.I'm incredibly upset; I was just just sitting in my car unable to drive because I can’t stop crying. I never imagined encountering such negativity from people who still harbor such toxic attitudes in environments where individuals should feel respected and valued, not belittled by their ignorant and racist behavior.Regarding the image I posted, I explained that this was how it was packed and delivered to me. She kept insisting that it's from Amazon and not properly packaged. I expressed my confusion. Sensing her confusion, I felt better taking it to another store because I didn't trust her. My gut feeling was 100% right because she turned 100% psycho on me. I began talking to another customer she was assisting, and she walked away and decided to call security without even telling me; I was legitimately confused. I wasn't hostile; I was calm the whole time, and she didn't even ask me to leave. So why would she call security? I've never had security called on me before, why would she ever put me in that category? She made me feel like a criminal when all I did was emphasize that this is also a package.

The store often opens late. There is a woman who works there with long curly hair who is an absolute lunatic and gets mad at all the customers.

I have read previous reviews. It looks like I was lucky :).I dropped by the store to print some document and send it via mail.I was greated by a cute dog - it is so sweet when an employer affords employees to keep their fur babies nearby all the time. A lady - a UPS associate - was patient, kind and helpful. I was even suggested to pet the dog.Nice experience absolutely!

Went to three other branches before arriving at this location! The aromatics of this location is inviting and the technician support is just the same. I’d recommend this location.
