Have had nothing but great experiences here with shipping and returning packages as well as print jobs. The owner and the employees are always helpful and kind (and the dog is so cute!). Many of the low ratings here are unfair - it is really not that difficult to read the return instructions and pack your returns in a box before entering the store ;-)

Merry is awesome! Super friendly, knows what she’s doing, and always makes the whole shipping or return process quick and easy. Even when the store is busy, she keeps things moving with a good attitude and a smile.
If you’re in downtown Tucson and need anything UPS-related, Merry’s the one to look for. She makes the whole experience way less stressful. Appreciate you, Merry!

Absolutely the worst customer service experience at any Uhaul Store EVER! The lady was so rude. I told her kindly a little empathy goes along way after she was rude and walked away from me and left the sales floor yelling at me. I had more business to do and she left me on floor by myself and never came back into room. Horrible person. The worst Uhaul Store I have ever been too. Never again and I am filing a formal complaint.

Boss lady was nice. Went here in morning and didn’t give me refund and double charged me. Worker from day time wasn’t very polite.

Quick, seamless experience while returning an Amazon package. Folks, please read the return instructions by Amazon carefully! If they ask you to pack your box yourself, just do it. I went there after seeing so many negative reviews but as long as you follow the instructions it's a very easy and smooth process.

I’ve never been treated so rudely by someone in business and it’s completely unacceptable for a business owner to conduct herself with so little civility and respect. It was simply the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had and I was denied service because she didn’t like my attitude. She was completely disrespectful the entire time from the moment I entered the store. I really hope she can hire someone kind who knows how to treat people otherwise maybe she shouldn’t be in business. I highly recommend going to any other location because the owner as she so proudly identified herself is a real piece of work.

Do yourself a favor and AVOID this UPS store at all costs!!!!!! The red headed lady working behind the counter was incredible vindictive and snarky when I asked for clarification on what was wrong with my return. I’m telling all my friends and family in the area not to come here unless they enjoy being insulted or are appreciative of condescending behavior. Judging from other reviews on here (and Yelp) this is a common customer experience at this location.

The lady who claims to be the owner is not just EXCEPTIONALLY rude, she is straight up crazy and delusional. She should be stripped of even being able to franchise a location. Go literally anywhere else!!!
