Five stars for the employees in danger of losing their jobs, one star for the movers and shakers in the executive offices. I have just found out that this location will be closing at the end of the month. What's worse, the current customer center at Silverlake will NOT BE MOVING to the new airport location. UPS will be requesting all Tucson customers refer to The UPS Store for shipments.
As a medium-sized corporate customer with an OVERWHELMING number of Fortune 500 companies who depend on our US printed circuit boards (so they aren't forced to send our future forward, mission critical technology to small communist islands for production) The UPS Store is NOT a serious option. I praise The UPS Store for helping grandma to ship her worlds best homemade fudge, however, it's not for everyone!
PLEASE RECONSIDER THIS RECKLESS AND DANGEROUS DECISION NOW!

Trash company. You guys pick the dates for delivery, and then miss a delivery, signature required so I miss work twice when you guys miss a delivery.
You’re only job is to deliver packages on a date you choose, you can’t do that. Six packages in the last six months, all next day air, And you missed every single one of them with the delivery date.
If I screwed up this bad with my business, I would be out of business.

Two packages delivered to the wrong address. Does the driver think "this is close enough"? Based on delivery photos I took a walk in my immediate neighborhood to see if I could match it. No such luck. No one seems to know what is going on. Try to reach a person on the phone? Ha!

UPS are the only delivery company that cannot figure out how to get my package to my house and not my neighbour. I have sent so many emails, made so many support calls. I really tried to give them benefit of the doubt. But yet again today, my package ends up at a random neighbour and not my house. The contract workers for Amazon get my packages to the right place! I ask everyone I do business with to use another service. I even pay more for FedEx if I have too. I am so sick of these guys. I have asked and pleaded with them many times. They just cannot learn. If ever I have the option, I will never use this company for the rest of my life.

One of their drivers almost hit my car while driving with his earphones in and was not paying attention, he made a very wide turn into a small gate while I was exiting waiting to turn, as if he didnt see my car prior to him entering the small gate he missed my car by about 2 inches and did not apologize or nothing when i corrected him and told him he almost hit my car and I would be reporting him, his responsewas "go ahead", someone like this is a liability and is going to get the company sued eventually by his reckless driving , carelessness and unprofessional work.

Bad service, I spoke with supervisor Fernando and he treated me very poorly, and he tells me that the information that the link gives me is wrong that it is better to wait at home all day.

Outstanding service. Was in and out quickly. Note: If you have a heavy package you might want to bring a hand truck or dolly. It's a bit of a walk from the parking lot.

Just had a package delived to the 85712 area code by your company and the package was heavily damaged. I've worked for FedEx and understand what a package has to go through in transit and pack accordingly. The contents of this package look like someone literally threw it off a truck multiple times for the amount of damge inflicted

Zero stars! I was at the location on 04/15/2024 before 12 PM, and I waited for about 10 minutes until a rude lady arrived. She was rude and demanding. I provided her with my tracking number, and she informed me that my package was at a new UPS center in south Tucson. She mentioned that the center did not offer pick-up services, so I would have to wait longer until the new center transferred my package to the Silverlake center. They will eventually call me for pick-up. What is that? I mean, if given a choice, I will never use UPS again.

So the UPS main hub itself was fine the guy at the counter was able to easily find my packages and he was really helpful in addressing the issue of the drivers never being able to find my house despite being on a semi-main road. The reason I am giving two stars is because every time someone ships my stuff using UPS the driver can't find my house and I end up having to go to the main hub to pick up my packages. Hopefully when I went this last time and drew a map they will be able to find my house from now on.

Usually I receive my pkgs w no problems. I live in Comanche Wells Mobile Park in Tucson, AZ. Streets here all have names and are very organized. I think some drivers don't want to look for address, so it goes back as "undeliverable." I'VE LIVED HERE for five-yrs without delivery problems. Now for the first time my pkg was sent back and labeled "undeliverable." This doesn't make sense.Clearly some drivers take out their frustration on the customers. So now I wait another week for my pkg. that I needed yesterday. I blame the UPS Company more than the driver. I believe it's not a good employer.RJO, Tucson AZ
