This UPS store #1008 does not answer phone calls; the phone is always on busy signal no matter what time you call (during business hours and closed hours).
They don't respond to email correspondence nor reply to their 'Contact Us' link, but they do send out renewal reminders through the same email account.

This is by far the best UPS in town I’ve experienced. The ownership’s efficiency and spirit of service is exemplary. It’s high traffic but for good reason and they make it work. Well done.

We spoke to a horribly rude female "manager" who just doesn't know how to speak to customers. I honestly believe she needs to have training before she can be addressed as a manager. We packed and shipped and insured a large 100 lb box from this location. We asked the girl at the desk if they add a Heavy and Fragile label because the box was very heavy (Amethyst from the Gem show). She told us they will. The big x arrived without any labels, ripped and neglected and the rock was shattered to a LOT OF pieces. The manager did not want to help and was beyond rude. Customer service is failing.

These guys are the best. Seriously, one of the most helpful, friendly, and eager to please stores in Missoula and everyone I know who's been there agrees. Whoever is in charge of this place, and everyone who works there for that matter, is doing things right.

Store regularly doesn’t open on time making it hard to drop off packages before work/school. They used to have good service but it has gone down over time.

Vibha's exceptional service is the sole reason I'll gladly make the 20-minute drive to the Broadway location from now on! Her speed and attention to detail are unparalleled. Faced with the daunting task of over 20 returns, including a mix of QR codes, emailed labels, and a letter, she managed everything with remarkable efficiency and care. Not only did she make the process enjoyable, but she also completed it swiftly. Her kindness truly stands out, ensuring that I will always return to this location specifically for her. If she doesn’t own the location already, she should! 5 stars!
