I have written a review before, but I want to give this store another awesome review! I want to thank Jordy for all her help today! She helped me navigate a difficult refund with Amazon. She was so helpful and kind! This is why I pass two other UPS stores to get to this one!

Mediocre service. You can tell they are paid by the hour. Not a friendly smile not any eager to help anyone... but got the job done eventually!

I run a small business and came here to drop off about 30 orders (already labeled and ready to go) the employee said they can only take 10 packages.. I’ve gone to several UPS stores around town and that’s never been an issue.. why is it that there’s a limit of 10?

I have been here multiple times and the staff is always so friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to take care of my needs. After bad service at another location, I will not go anywhere else now.

This is my go to UPS store here in Tucson. The staff is courteous, friendly, and professional. Usually in and out. The store is in a convenient location and close to the El Con Mall. The parking in front is a bit challenging but it works.

Despite how busy and flooded with packages this location always send to be, and how weary the clerks often appear, I have received nothing but patient and efficient customer service here. Y'all deserve a raise and probably a vacation. Thanks from one of the mob you deal with on a daily basis.
