This store used to have excellent customer service with friendly staff. The man (photo) that works at this location now is extremely condescending and rude. It’s an ongoing occurrence and not an isolated incident. I read some of the other complaints for this location and have personally experienced the same condescending approach multiple times. Today was my limit. The reply given about a misunderstanding is dismissive at best. The concerns are not isolated incidents. They are pervasive. He has created an environment that is hostile and unwelcoming for customers with his words, behavior, and approach. Protect your peace and take your business elsewhere.

Went into the store with my elderly father(in the recent past)whom has problems reading. We were assisted by an extremely rude and condescending man that walked with a limp(I think his name was “Stan”, or something to that effect) and smelled quite fowl if I’m being honest. He was very impatient due to my father having a hard time going through the process on your touch screen. This man said to my father “Do you read English?!”. When I stepped in to assist, he acted very rude towards me as well and berated my father and I over the package not having any tape on it. He lost his mind and said “JUST SO YOU KNOW, YOUR BOX IS SUPPOSED TO BE TAPED UP AND READY TO GO!NEXT TIME ILL CHARGE YOU FOR TAPING UP YOUR PACKAGE DUE TO MY TIME AND LABOR OF HAVING TO DO SO!!!”. Like, it’s just tape sir, how about you treat some people with some damn respect and dignity. This man truly acts disgusting. I cannot fathom the words to truly describe how unprofessional and disturbing this moment was and how this man is. I’ve had several rude encounters with this man but this one was the last I’m going to tolerate. Don’t go to this store during the afternoon/evening times as to that’s when he is there. Go in the morning time when the two nice and courteous ladies are there. Don’t know their names but one wears glasses with tattoos and the other is short with long brown hair. These ladies deserve 5 stars if I could split this review. So, either go in the morning or go to another store unless you want to be treated like less than human.

Store is unreliable and failed to provide the UPS driver with an overnight package causing it to not make it on time. If you need something sent and want it to get there in the contracted time, drop it somewhere else.

02.13.2023 11:00 clock there was a guy with mustache tattoo in his face all over I went to drop off UPS Amazon package return he said you can’t do that I didn’t have the paper printed so he asked me to go print that paper somewhere else and then you can come true return your stuff
