Went into the store for a few returns and copy's. Kay helped me and was very patient and helpful with me as I didn't know how to forward emails for said return. She offered to guide me through the process and got me everything I needed printed copied and returned. Truly grateful for the patience and help she showed and offered ? Keep up the great work K and staff you all are Amazing!!!!

They are not friendly, they closed my husband's and my account without getting ahold of him, never sent out reminder emails. I will say with technology of the UPS store and the contact information they want from us, drivers license and proof of insurance, etc
For the lack of service from the company, I would not recommend this place or trust them with keeping your mail or sending things off. Find a friendlier UPS store or go to a post office. I am guessing the new owners don't care about customers or service given. Maybe this is a blessing in disguise because the quality of service and behavior has been bad for about a year.

Went in for an Amazon return, I needed a label printed I wasn’t sure how to do it the young lady named sam helped me send it and the young man named Jaxson printed it for me. Very friendly very efficient.

Everyone is amazing, kind, friendly, helpful the location is always clean. Been 3 years with ups amazing company. Very honest and understanding. Great on greeting customers with smiles. Treating everyone like family

UPS wanted $31.00 to ship a cereal box.Said they could ship it USPS for $26.00 and would not insure unless put into a sturdier box.Took it to USPS they shipped for $11.00 and insured it.THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF.will not be going back

I should share the email that the manager Jd sent me this morning saying I’m banned from the store, cause I left a 5 on the counter to have a 13 page black and white email printed out. A crowd of people came in while I was on the phone with a family member telling me I need to come quick. How petty!! Sorry but a simple follow up to ask why I rushed outta the store and didn’t wait in a 10 min line of people to apparently pay you $ 4 more dollars for the copies. I was quoted $ 3.40 and told your employee to keep the change.
