I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received at your UPS Store #0196. Ryan, one of your employees, went above and beyond to help me with printing out all the papers I needed. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to assist made the entire experience seamless and stress-free.
Ryan's dedication to customer service is truly commendable, and I wanted to ensure that his efforts do not go unnoticed. It’s employees like him who make a positive difference and keep customers like me coming back.

This is literally the BEST place ever! They are super nice, the gentlemen with the beard is truly amazing and wonderful! There is another guy with dark hair who is freaking awesome too (I’m sure everyone is great but those are the two people I’ve constantly run into there)

They have stolen four of my packages. Finally, this last time, because the value of the package was so high UPS launched an investigation. They determined an employee pretended to scan a package but actually stole it. He was fired and now has pending criminal charges. STAY AWAY

The entire staff at the Campbell/Prince store are fantastic. Professional, helpful, courteous. I have seen them deal with rude and challenging customers with patience and courtesy.

DON’T COME HERE! One of the worse UPS stores to ever go to. I came here to send a package off. Not only was I greeted with rude service but they also lost my package!! They did absolutely nothing to help me at the time and kept making excuses! I was not even refunded even once for my stuff that THEY LOST!!! Recommend going to different store

I'll change my review if the man in the beard is nice next time. But he was very rude upon my even stepping in. I normally go to the one in Oro Valley but my business locations are closer to this one.When I asked for help on services that I knew cost money, he wouldn't even let me finish my sentence before accusing me of "taking away from the business" meaning I'm just wasting time" in front of everyone. I was floored.The manager or owner I spoke to apologized but when I walked back in the man in the beard couldn't even look at me he was so embarrassed.Fix his attitude and I'll change the review. Otherwise if you're a business owner, look at other locations in my opinion.

This location handles our business mail, and provides a drop off location for our equipment orders. They are on top of it, and Absolute Osmosis finds them to be friendly, trustworthy, and reliable. Special thanks to Damien, who's unafraid to help me load those big orders into my truck?
