My experience at UPS was incredible! When I walked into the UPS store, the lady at the counter immediately welcomed me. She educated me on different sized boxes and assisted me in picking out packaging that would be most beneficial for my needs rather than choose the most expensive option. The service was not only pleasant, but enjoyable. I will definitely be utilizing UPS for all of my future shipping needs.

Staff is very efficient and super friendly. I usually drop off all my Amazon returns and never have to wait in line. The last time I was in the store it was being renovated but they were still super efficient. Can’t wait to see the new layout. Keep up the great work!

I always go to this UPS Store and have for years. Everyone was always so courteous and friendly. However, today that was not the case. When I walked in the gal snipped at me that she'd be right there when I said to her how nice the a/c felt, and I thought she must be having a bad day so I kept it short and sweet. Showed her my Amazon return code and she asked me if my item had been shipped that way to me. I told her that it had in fact come that way but it came with a bunch of other things in a box. She then got very upset with me and said "well you can't send it back this way without a box". I told her that on the Amazon app it said I could return it without any box to the nearest UPS store. She then said that wasn't true as if I was lying?? She spoke with a surprising aggressive tone which caught me off guard. I asked her what she wanted me to do so that it could be returned and she got very very short and nasty with me. I asked her to bring down her aggressive attitude and she then tried to turn it back on me saying I asked her what I should do in a sarcastic way. Certainly that was not the case, I just wanted to return the item. It was obvious that she was in a highly sensitive mood from the moment I came through the door. When she slammed my returning item down her eyes had daggers and her jaw was clenched. I was ? shocked. I asked her not to speak to me that way because I am a customer that she should treat with respect. She then said in the nastiest tone, well ma'am you have a good night as she tossed the receipt at me. I will NEVER go in there again if she is still working there or unless she apologizes. I recognize that everyone has stuff going on in their lives, but this was beyond that. Treating customers kindly should be the minimum required and some level of professionalism should be the norm while on the clock. So disappointed not to be able to frequent my neighborhood UPS Store anymore.
