Horrible customer service.
Rude, Rude, Rude. They're not transparent/forthcoming when it comes to charges.
The woman was disrespectful.
It's obvious by your response you don't care about your customers.
My review was about transparency, not about increased costs. There are other reviews mentioning the same. You didn't make the necessary changes after those negative reviews..
You're Pathetic !!

To ANYONE who leaves the store a bad review is wrong. The store is great! If you ALL read your amazon return code correctly if it says CUSTOMER PACKED, that means YOU need to pack your item box it up and sea it ready to go. If your code says NO BOX NO LABEL then they won't charge for tape or anything because it doesn't require a box. They charge for services because NOTHING is free! Don't expect to get free services. Faxes there's a fee, using there computers and printing there's a fee, making copies, there's a fee, using THERE tape there's a fee. Nothing is free so stop expecting stuff to be free! READ YOUR CODES AND RETURN INSTRUCTIONS CORRECTLY and you won't have a problem. If you don't like how they do business then go to a different store :) ive learned that each store is independently owned so they all do business differently.

Rude, rude, rude!
DO NOT use this location for Amazon returns!
First of all, your return is NOT sent back the day you drop it off, instead it sits until there is a "pallet full" of returns, so it might take days or even weeks before you receive your refund!
Also, you'll be charged THREE DOLLARS for TAPE if they have to seal your box! And no, you are not BUYING the roll, your $3 is for them to use a FEW PIECES OF TAPE to seal your box!
Even if the package is COMPLETELY PACKED AS IT WAS when received but opened to look inside.
CLEARLY the owner / staff dislike being an AMAZON drop-off location, and trust me, NO ONE hides their feelings about it!
I'm typically not an online review writer, instead I try to resolve any issues I have in person or with a call.
This issue was no exception.
Before writing this review, my first ever "on the internet" review, I called to discuss my concerns.
The person who answered the phone and claimed to be in charge continuously interrupted me, trying to speak over me as I was voicing my concern / complaint, giving me excuse after excuse, kind of like their responses to other negative reviews posted here, and finally said, "well then you can go to another store."
Thanks ma'am, I will!
For ALL my shipping needs AS WELL AS Amazon returns!

Tried to go in to return some items that I purchased from the TikTok shop. The email that I was sent from the TikTok shop which also contains the return QR code states that you do not have to repackage or re-box your items. You just have to bring them in the original bag they came in with the QR code. Then from that point UPS will repackage them and send them out.
I went into this location trying to do just that and the woman at the counter told me that no I needed to bring the item in, in a box or shipping bag so that they could put the label on and then send out. I told her and showed her the email, which said to just bring them in, in their original bag and she continued to say that I was wrong.
I left, then called a different location to which the gentleman said that the woman was completely incorrect, and that I did the process exactly as I should have. Mentioning that they have the packaging to send the items out. He said that this was not a new process so he’s not sure why the woman flat out lied to me. Thankfully he then told me to come into his location, and they would be more than happy to assist me with the return process.

Unfortunately poor customer service where they act like they are doing you a favor. They should try smiling and thanking the customer for coming in. It’s not hard.

Never use this location, absolutely useless, charged me for services they couldn't complete, then refused a refund

Long story short: The people at this store are awesome.
I was having the worst 48 hours of customer service - between Amazon and the national UPS office I was getting the worst kind of corporate runaround - many hours spent on the phone, an entire day wasted (first waiting for pickup instead of going to work, then arranging a drop off). It was increasingly becoming a nightmare - the kind where the policies of the Huge Corporation really screw you as the customer, but then, the only people you can talk to are the customer service reps (who don't deserve your ire at all, but have to deal with it because they are the only ones you can talk to). Basically, both Amazon and UPS made big mistakes, but neither wanted to be the ones responsible to resolve it. Eventually, I was told by two different UPS people (on the 800 number) that I could just go into the local UPS store and the people there would be able to help me.
Turns out, I got incorrect information from all the people I talked to on the UPS 800 number, and the nice folks at the local store couldn't actually do anything the 800 number told me they could.
At that point, I had to call the 800 number back while I was in the store to work it out, and, I'm embarrassed to say, I kind of started to... become dysregulated. I, thankfully, didn't go 100% Karen/Chad, but I talked more pointedly with the folks on the phone line than I like to. I felt embarrassed that it was happening in public, but this was the last straw, and I couldn't leave the store without getting UPS (and then Amazon) to do the right thing and actually fix the problem on their end, in case I needed help/input/communication with the clerks at the store.
So, back to the awesome workers at this local store: they had to watch me go on an emotional journey through Customer Service Hell in the lobby of their small shop. When it was finally over, and UPS/Amazon was finally ready to give both me and the folks at the shop all the info, etc they needed to get my shipment going, they were very helpful, very kind, and supportive. I felt compelled to go next door and buy them all cookies for having to witness this bonkers guy (me) who was *just* about to snap in the middle of their store, and not because of anything they did.
If I ever have to go to a UPS store again, it'll be this one. These people deserve, like, little Customer Service Trophies shaped like golden cardboard boxes. Oh, or maybe, like a bronzed forklift? Bubble wrap encrusted with diamonds?
