This store is very well run and the staff is consistently accommodating. I have been using their services on a weekly basis since they opened a couple of years ago.
It is obvious that customer support is paramount to everyone who works at the store.

Absolutely overwhelmed by multiple returns and all the different ways in which to do it. I walked into this location and they were amazing! Kristi, the owner and Shannon her employee, were so gracious and beyond kind to help me with my tedious chore. All stores are not created equal so choose wisely! #0442 on Orange Grove and Oracle is a solid location! Thank you. 🙏

The woman I worked with was such a c u next Tuesday it was absurd. She didn't say it directly but she kept implying that we couldn't afford to ship things and refused to help me with my packages. I've never been as disrespected as I was when I was unfortunate enough to step into this establishment. I hope this woman gets a rock stuck in her shoe and her socks are wet. What an absolutely horrendous experience. She was condescending and rude. I'm honestly so dumbfounded at how I was treated. I think every person deserves to be gainfully employed and paid well but she makes me question my stance on that.

I cannot thank Kristi (owner)enough for all of her help!! I was there for notary and due to trouble with the company I was working with, I was there for 6 hours and Kristi helped me with every step! Never once rushed me and gave the best service I have ever received! Felt as if I knew her for years! Thank you so much Kristi and even the girls working there were the sweetest to everyone coming in, 10/10 recommend
