I wanted a 60 years old Electric Football game packed and shipped to Oregon. It was a smooth process from start to finish. Everything was carefully packed and arrived as advertised.

I went in at 430 after work to get a notary and the guy told me he doesn't do it til after 4... Then told me he will give me one he just needs a 5 minute break first. Well there wasn't anyone else in the store. Tells me to have a seat then proceeds to tell me about how hard his day has been. I left while he was still whining about his day. Honestly, go to a different ups store. This one will just waste your time.

Jeff GOULD Law, PC has NEVER had a bad encounter here with UPS professionals/staff/ and specifically Manager CYNTHIA = she LISTENS and then takes efficient action. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would.

Arrived at 5:30 to get a document notarized. Was told that they didn't do notary after 4pm. I asked why not if the store is open until 6pm. Was told because it gets very busy after 4 when people get off work. I said yes that is why I am here now. I work until 5pm. The notary came out of the back room and said no notary after 4pm. You can come back on the weekend.THERE WAS NOT ONE OTHER CUSTOMER IN THE STORE. There was no posting that said anything about restricted hours for notary but lots of signs advertising the service. I won't be going back this weekend or any other time.

Both packages I dropped off came back to me.
Here I am again at this particular, UPS store, and they’ve screwed up my return yet again. Do yourself a favor, drive the extra mile or two and go to any other UPS store but this one The manager on duty at the time couldn’t even take time out of her stuffing the shredding box to come help This place seriously needs an overhaul or closed down Ridiculous

We had a mailbox here. When it was under the previous management, it was perfect. Esther was amazing and everyone was so friendly. When the new management came in, the new employees were horrible. Not organized, kept getting other people's mail, list goes on. We did not renew our mail contract with them. Will never return to that location even though it is less than a mile away.NEW EXPERIENCE: Manager lady is extremely rude and arrogant right off the bat, why pay for a service and when thry literally don't deliver, no refund, what's the point. Feel stupid we even gave them a second chance, but that's on me. This place has gone so downhill, even worse than before.

The box I needed to ship was 15" x 11" x 8". They charged me for a box that was 16" x 12" x 8". Looks like they have their thumb on the scale. Even after I showed them with their own tape measure they still insisted on the larger dimensions. Shipper beware.

I recently had a purchase to return to Amazon via UPS and the staff at his store went above and beyond to help me. They explained what I needed from Amazon, gave me the number to Amazon Customer Service, saved me time and $25! Kind, smiling and helpful. Shout out to Cindy, Taha and Kai for outstanding customer service that was greatly appreciated!

Just dropped an Amazon return off not realizing the package they sent it in was manufacturs packaging and not going to ship back well. The gentleman who was Informing me of this definitely had the wrong approach and was very rude but a very nice lady by the name of Cynthia took over and explained it in a much nicer tone and went out of her way to help me get the package out. Cynthia is the reason for the 5 stars! She is a keeper for UPS. Thank you Cynthia.

Probably the most unhelpful ups workers I've ever dealt with.Edit: Changing to four stars because the manager is great. Some of the workers are still lazy and I dislike seeing them working cause I know it'll take longer, but manager is very good.
