This UPS store is a mess! Since Keith left and the new owner took over, we have had packages lost and misplaced! Amazon shows the packages were deliver at the UPS store and when we go to pick them up they can’t find them. They have lost at least 4 packages. There is a rude boy with glasses and chubby face that works there and for our bad luck he is there all the time. One time we went to pick up a pair of shoes and he couldn’t find the box. I showed him on the Amazon application that the box was delivered at their store and he kept telling me to contact Amazon and I kept telling him “Amazon shows it was delivered here so my box is in this store somewhere”. He said, “Well your box is not here.” and he attended the next customer and completely disregard me. Then a nice black girl came from the back and asked me if I needed help and I told her my situation and showed her my Amazon app where it said the box was delivered. She went to look again and found the shoe box on the floor by our mailbox. It could not fit in the mailbox, so they placed it on the floor. She brought the box to the front and the boy said, “Oh you found it? Where was it?” And the girl said, “on the floor because it didn’t fit” and he said, “yeah sometimes that happens.” No apology, no nothing! He is bad news for that store. There are more items we lost and never recuperate. Amazon shows it was delivered and they can’t find our packages so we had to reorder the items again! That is not fair at all! Either they are clueless and lose our packages left and right or somebody is stealing the items!
Please train your staff better especially the rude boy and do something about it, the situation is not acceptable.

The sales associate, Lorena, is rude and lazy. I will drive farther and pay more to avoid her. She is just mean. She fights with me all the time. I tried carrying on a conversation and she will not budge. She has a rude mean face, like I'm bothering her. She needs to leave and find a job that she enjoys instead of taking it out on everyone.

Why do I have to give my id then explain my address plus tell the employee what I am shipping. No trust in people. Why do I have to tell them what I'm shipping... so my items they can steal.

I visit this location several times a week for Amazon returns and other services. They are always efficient and friendly. No matter the time or day, I never have to wait long. Usually there is no line and when there is, it moves along very quickly! Definitely my go to location.

Since the new people took over? I have never run into such a rude group of personnel. They are young. But act like like 30 year disgruntled postal workers.
