I love using this location (9420 E Golf Links Rd, Ste 108, 85730). I usually use this location to return Amazon packages. The associates are friendly, quick, and they multitask. When I enter the store with a wrapped/boxed/labelled package, the associate asks if I’m returning a package and would like to have a receipt. I always answer “Yes” and the associate takes the package, scans it, and hands my receipt to me and they continue assisting another customer who they were assisting when I walked in.
The associates at this location deserve employee awards and recognition.

The guy working counter today was EXTREMELY efficient and pleasant to all customers! There were several people ahead of me and I initially thought I might have to come back later, in order to make upcoming appt. He processed everyone through with a smile and I really appreciate his professionalism!

Ups stores have always been a easy and convenient way to take care of Amazon returns, Fax needs, and Shipping the grandkids Christmas. Every employee in every store I've been in are Always professional. They go above and beyond, right down to offering my Service Dog water on a particular hot day. Ups stores and delivery services are the only ones I will ever use. Keep up the excellent work!
