Kudos to Hannah for excellent customer service in the checkout line 👏. Having worked in the service industry for over 20 years, I am a stickler for good customer service!!!!
Unfortunately, my positive experience was overshadowed and trampled by Jayme (the manager 🤨) who was rude, abrupt, and impatient with my 2nd checkout experience (I forgot to pick-up a few items) I am so furious that I am typing my review as I am standing in front of her, being refunded for my entire order.
General manager please take this as a coaching opportunity. I look forward to hearing from you :)

Ulta Beauty is truly a one-stop shop for all things beauty! I always appreciate their incredible selection, carrying everything from high-end prestige brands to affordable drugstore favorites, so there's always something for my budget and needs. The in-store experience is fantastic too – it's easy to browse, and I love that they have a salon right there for services. Plus, their Ultamate Rewards program is genuinely rewarding, making every purchase feel like a step closer to a free treat. Highly recommend for any beauty enthusiast!

I had an amazing experience at Ulta thanks to Jaden! From the moment I walked in, Jaden greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. I was feeling overwhelmed trying to find the right makeup product for my skin tone and type, but Jaden listened carefully to what I was looking for and guided me with patience and expert knowledge.
He asked thoughtful questions, made great recommendations, and even tested a few options with me to make sure I felt confident in my choice. Thanks to Jaden, I walked out with the perfect product and a huge smile on my face.
His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out — Ulta is lucky to have him on the team! I’ll definitely be back thanks to this exceptional experience.

I was greeted by the cashier when I walked in. The employees around the cosmetics asked if I needed help finding anything. Everyone was helpful.
The place was clean, organized & smelled great. They were well stocked & I was able to find everything I needed.
The cashier, Sara, was so sweet, kind & professional. She absolutely made my day. I usually go to the Park Place store but I have never been treated with such care. I think I will switch to this store at the Old Spanish Trail Marketplace.

At this location the staff were pretty helpful and nice however the security guard was rude and threatening, followed my family around then accused us of fighting in the store when we were in the middle of a conversation. I could have been a little louder than i intended however it was clearly not even close to a fight as we talked about what bills needed paid. I don't blame the store but the security company needs to train their employees better, being accusatory and threatening is not how you deescalate a situation at that point she's going to get someone else hurt because she's escalating the situation instead of de-escalating it

If you're brown, they'll follow you around in the bad way, but if you're white, don't expect to be followed around in the good way--no customer service even if they don't assume you're there to steal. Hesitated to leave a review but unfortunately it seems like others have had had similar experiences.
